MSNBC is reporting that all of the New York housewives including Kelly Bensimon will be returning for the 3rd season.
The housewives are said to have signed a new deal that will be paying each of them close to $30,000 per episode. Guess it really does pay to be an ass on national television uh? The same article goes on to say the husbands who get paid nothing, are also trying to negotiate a salary for themselves.

How can they get $ 30,000 an episode, when the New Jersy women are asking for 6 figures? They just started, and make loads of $$$$ themselves.
If any of these women came from the true “Society” or the “Uppercrust”, now of them would be taking a salary. But then again, the true socialite would not be on a Reality TV show.
These women are are the window dressing for the true socialites of New York, Palm Beach, London, Paris and Porto Cervo…..But I must say, my maids love watching the show and when I have time I sit down with them a get a great laugh. Also, these shows would better then Bran Muffins.
I actually like Bethennys new show. It shows that you don’t have to rip each other apart to have a entertaining & successful reality show that includes a housewife.
We need more TV shows that are positive and show women in a good light.
