Reality seems to have finally set in for Kate Gosselin, who eventually took off her wedding band as news about her estranged husband gallivanting with other women can be seen all over the tabloids. Unlike Jon, Kate has taken a more subtle step toward a new life. For the first time, the reality star was photographed without her ring during a coffee run near her Pennsylvania home.
Even though Kate may not have been ready, Jon has certainly moved on after 10 years of marriage. Jon has been linked to a couple of women including 22-year-old Hailey Glassman and recently a tabloid reporter.
Kate on the other hand has been busy taking care of the kids. On Thursday, she took her two eldest children, Cara and Mady, 8, to a Jonas Brothers concert in Philadelphia, Pa.
“She gave a couple of waves and smiled to the crowd,” an observer tells PEOPLE. “She seemed like she was in a good mood … She looked great and got the VIP treatment.”
Kate has been wise, so far, in how she’s handling their divorce. Although the decision to try and continue the show is already working against her, since she did receive bad press last week for dragging the 8 out for publicity shots.
Jon, on the otherhand, has lost all but a tiny die-hard sliver of the support he once enjoyed in spades. Instead of trying to stop the tide of bad press by at least being seen buying something for his children instead of for himself and his ever-new girlfriends, he’s managed to get so tangled up in his affairs that he’s having to deny being engaged to one woman while denying even dating another, though both relationships have been played out in a blaze of cameras, sound bites, and bright lights.
To up the ante, Jon claims not to even be dating the new Kate, who quit her job (and may have even destroyed her budding career)for him. Hailey, meanwhile, is in the background claiming she and Jon are not only in love, but engaged.
Given the whirlwind events in Jon’s love life the past week, Kate Gosselin probably jerked the wedding ring off her finger and flushed it down the toilet. Jon certainly made it easier for her to do so.
I cant stand either one of them and I know this biyattch is getting it in with her body guard Stevie.lol. She has handled herself in a very appropriate manner during this time. She has to the kids would freak out. Jon is just having fun. leave him be. I dont want him to change cause then I would have to wish some other tv person to go bonkers so I can laugh.lmao. When does the housewives start again.lmao. Oh Kate well it is a good thing she finally has accepted she is married to a dog. He accepted that he was married to his mother and did not like it. They both opened their eyes.lmao.

Meanwhile, at a polo match yesterday in the Hamptons, Jon Gosselin told US magazine, “My heart will always be with Hailey.”
So I guess he wants us all to know that, though he’s dating ex-Star reporter Kate Major, he’s really in love with Hailey Glassman. Maybe Major’s denials to the press that she was once a call girl are making Glassman’s druggie past look more acceptable to Gosselin.
Wonder if his former mistress, the school teacher, also remains in his heart. This twerp seems so selfishly clueless that he simply stumbles into and out of one torrid affair after another. If not now, then some day, what he’s doing now is going to make the eight children he fathered cringe with embarrassment.
I can’t wait to read about his next dithering move. This guy just keeps delivering. (And what was he doing at a polo match in the Hamptons? The guy is a caricature of someone who comes into a bit of money, jumps into the fast lane, and hobnobs with the rich and famous until his money runs out and he returns to oblivion.)
