Tonight marks episode 2 of the new season of the Real Housewives of New Jersey. Last week’s season premiere brought us anti semitic comments, stalking, and one can only wonder what is to come in episode 2.
Well tonight, we will see Jacqueline and her daughter Ashley Holmes butt heads over Ashley’s bad girl behavior, while Danielle’s daughter, Christine Staub, is invited to model in NYC Fashion Week. Meanwhile Danielle decides to extend an olive branch to Dina and Jacqueline by inviting them to celebrate Christine’s success in an effort to move forward. Will they show up? Well, we’ll get to find out tonight at 10/9c on Bravo.
Meanwhile, the drama continues to carry on off screen for the NJ Housewives. The latest is that some of the housewives, including Jacqueline Laurita, might not return for a third season if Danielle is still on the show. Jacqueline told the NYPost, “So I’ll be honest, I don’t know that I will continue to film if Danielle is on the show.”
And then in a new interview with Steppin Out magazine, Teresa shares that Bravo is “trying to get rid of” Danielle Staub. “They want to phase her out,” she said. “It doesn’t make sense to have her on the show. We don’t hang out with her. So what’s the point?”
Well upon hearing Teresa’s comments, Danielle didn’t take to possibly being kicked off the show and had some choice words for her co-star. “No truth to this or anything that comes out of that ignorant bitch’s mouth,” said Danielle. And there you have it folks.
TELL US – CAN THE SHOW CONTINUE ON WITH THE LADIES HAVING NO CONTACT WITH DANIELLE? AND WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON EPISODE 2?

I also am in finance.. worked on wall street lots of issues with 911 and lost some family company members which my client was at the time Cantor Fitzgerald. It still breaks my heart..
But on another issue.. my daughter has followed my passions but still.. she is doing better than me on her blog..
Can a woman say that she is so proud and amazed balls for her daughter??
She has achieved so much better than then me on the blog thingy cause she is more dedicated and much much more artistic.

I’m (as you are) no fan of Danielle. That said…
Who the hell is Caroline to throw those children(Danielle’s) into the mix, when she and Teresa were peppering J with ?’s at their lunch. I understand …they both hate Danielle…but her children are off limits to Caroline as far as I’m concerned. Those girls, from what I’ve seen, are the epitome of well behaved in contrast to Teresa’s girls, who are not!

She has 2 sweet babies and have pursued her passions all the while and I just admire her.
I am so blessed with a sprited daughter that at times was a challenge but not as challenging as Jaqs daughter I have to say..
My daughter is the bomb who tries on a daily basis to emulate her mother even thou she would deny that but she calls me every day (10 x ) for advice.. OMG.. it was just a few years ago that she would never ask for advice and reject it!!

Bravo is not going to get rid of Danielle and the others insisting they do is ridiculas. She brings the drama, she my be f*ed up but I have alot of empathy her daughters. I remember the 1st season when when she was friends with teresa (before the book) and they all seemed to get along quite well.
Is it just me or is Teresa a total stage mom? I felt her daughter’s interview the the PR person was really kind of forced?
Regardind Dina: I believe it is very odd to be on a “reality” show when you are married and have a daughter yet you are presented on the show as single. And childless. It seems more staged and more like acting to me.
Now I have no idea how these things work but if cameras followed me around they would see a lot of my husband and family. In order to exclude them from being on camera pretty much everything would have to be staged and planned ahead of time.
I’ve got so much more to say about this episode,but I’m going to wait and see if R.T. puts up a recap…If not I’ll be back!
I don’t care for Danielle mostly because of the way she treats her daughters. They (and all of us too!) know way too much about their mother’s sex life. They are her daughters, not her friends!
She needs a lot of counseling which will likely open the door for her to develop a true friendship or two, amongst other (hopefully) positive changes.
And her legs in her little opening vignette creep me out – almost as much as the terrible plastic surgery she has had on her face. She looks more like an animal than a woman!
I am not going to get down on Caroline for saying what she did about Danielle’s daughters. She wasn’t putting the girls down, I think it was an observation that we all saw. Those poor girls know exactly who their mother is. You know they love her, we can see that. But they are horrified of what she is going to say or do next. We can see it in their eyes…they look uncomfortable, terrified and embarrassed. Danielle is so self absorbed she just can’t see past herself. And no, I don’t think Bravo will take her off the air…unfortunately.
Danielle is a very disturbed woman. Her poor daughters seem so sad. I think Caroline may be on to something. And what is with Danielle bringing crap up in public at luncheons/dinners? So creepy. I do not enjoy her story line and would not be upset if she were dropped–drama or no. She exploits herself and her children regardless of the consequences.
I was shocked at how much older Kelly’s ex is than her…He is older than her right? Either that, or she has had massive plastic surgery….
The producers set up a 4-against-one show and amazingly that one has not folded yet. Obviously that one is the strongest personality and strongest in terms of holding her own against insurmountable odds. Plus her kids are the only ones who are making anything positive out of their lives – hello – good parenting skills? The others’ children are: opening a strip bar, a hair salon, trying to be wannabe princeses in contests, though not succeeding; and one bringing home laundry and asking for money to support her sexual partner while she’s only just become an adult. And the other kids throw out racial, anti-semitic and gay slurs. Which mother did the best to bring her kids up right and be non-discriminating against others? The Manzo’s, at least some of them, have thrown out so much anti everything-but italian catholic slurs that are horribly, really horribly against everything Americana. And to cap it off, this weekend we had Caroline and Hubby appearing on Geraldo supporting and whining about how their good buddy, mafia-bribe taking friend just got 4 years in the pen – oh, wah, wah, wah – and Caroline is all just so the feds just understand the italian community – and how the mafia is so important to supporting us. Blah, blah

Danielle I felt bad for a minute when she was talking about her house, but then I was like what the ????..did she get anything out of her divorce? How long has she been divorced? Her husband does not pay her regularly.H ow can she afford the upkeep utilities and such for such a large home,drive a range rover, hair extentions ,nails, etc. and so on..She has no job and her daughter just got the modeling contract..where has she gotten any money to live and support herself? her story changes all the time.
Caroline saying what she said about Danielle’s children..Her deliverly sucked but her words were true.. They do have sadness in their eyes and yes they have seen and heard too much.As far as the social akwardness,I think they are nervous when they are out with their mother because they do not know what hse is going to do.

DY I was thinking the same thing how the hell is she keeping up with payments for her home and wannabe lavish lifestyle. We all know she has a tab open for that Poshe store in which she owes money on. I mean I wouldn’t put it passed her (and I will not sugarcoat this) if she is still collect money from men for favors to get some bills paid. I feel bad for her daughters and they do seem nervous and I bet they have anxiety issues, their mother is too self absorb to see anything but herself.

Everything is a friend that she known for years or a friend of a friend, she’s always talking in riddles. Those women don’t look like they would be friends with her, and if they did im sure they talk about her like a dog. Poor thing, im sure she was one of those women who had a settlement but wanted more so appealed it and got less from the judge. Perhaps she is getting paid from the ex and just lying, its sad I don’t know what to believe from her.

I feel soooo bad for Christine because it’s clear from watching the show, that Danielle is going to insinuate herself into every part of that girl’s career until she sucks the fun out of it. I mean, gee, who doesn’t want their mom sticking their nose in at every opportunity?
On the other hand, Christine is very beautiful and she really seems to have what it takes to be a model. Gia is only a kid so Danielle needs to shut up and be grateful for what her daughter has, and ease up on the little kids.

also it probably didn’t happen during the filming of this season, but didn’t Danielle get a book advance? She is signed on with a great publisher, I think it is approx. $500K
And the book is coming out this month, she is gonna make a ton of $ from it, I mean if people were stupid enough to buy Jill’s book for advice then there are certainly going to be people to by Danielle’s book to read about her past, etc I bet she has 1000% better content than Secrets of a Jewish mother, I’m intrigued to hear what she has to say

i read danielle’s court documents online on the smokinggun last season when the story broke, also it listed the address of the house in miami that she was arrested at. She claims she was in, a huge house where she was upstairs and didnt know about the drugs,/ kidnapping etc that was going on downstairs, she totally lied

Even watching her and hearing what she says on the show,she counterdicts herself at every turn.
