The new season of the Bachelorette has wrapped up and is set to premiere next Monday.
However, as we have all become accustomed to with the previous seasons, its almost impossible for these shows to do without the revelation of scandal or drama. As we previously reported, Ali Fedotowsky is no exception to this.

It has come out that one of her bachelors, Canadian wrestler Justin Rego, actually had a girlfriend while on the show.
Host Chris Harrison tells ET, “Ali’s time as The Bachelorette was tumultuous to say the least… It was a tough run for her. The more I got to know her… everybody brings their baggage, whether it is Jake Pavelka or Andrew Firestone… you bring your life and your history. Part of Ali’s is that she is insecure, and her fear was that she wasn’t going to be loved back.”
Chris continues, “Everyone brings their own baggage to the show. Ali [is] a girl that has in the past been hurt before.” Chris also adds that despite appearing confident and independent, Ali is very vulnerable.
“She really had this fear of almost being rejected. Like, ‘Yes, I’m going to fall in love, but I’m really worried that I’m not going to get love back.’…Everyone has their kind of bones in the closet that they have to deal with. Hers was ‘I’m going to put myself out there. I really think I’m going to fall in love, but are these guys going to love me back?'”
Ali’s season premieres Monday May 24 at 9|8c on ABC.
