It seems Ashley Holmes, 19-year-old star of the Real Housewives of New Jersey, is joining the ranks of Bravo reality stars who have had some form of plastic surgery, as Ashley got a nose job just weeks ago.
After posting some new pictures of Ashley this weekend during which we pointed out she looked a tad different, some of our awesome readers pointed out in the comments section that Ashley did indeed get some plastic surgery.
A look at Ashley’s facebook page shows a picture of the bandaged up reality star after getting her nose job (that picture is posted below). When asked by her fans, and yes she has fans (26, 650 fans to be exact), why she got a nose job, Ashley gave the following hollywood answer, saying her rhinoplasty was done for her “septum and sinus problems.”
“it was actually for my septum and sinus problems.. while they were in there they smoothed a tiny bump i actually still kind of have it haha,” was actually Ashley’s full reply on June 10.
One has to wonder if her nose was the only thing she had done as she looks much different from before, and as much as we hate to say it or even think it, she does look much prettier no? Not that there was anything wrong with the way she looked before, but here’s to hoping Ashley stops here and doesn’t get any more changes done to her face or body.

There was something keeping her from being pretty, I could never put my finger on it. I guess it was the nose because she is cute.
Hopefully this will give her the confidence to fill her life with positive things and stay away from Tranny Dani
Tho Bravo portrays Ashley as a self-entitled brat and she does show it off alot, I give her the credit of the doubt. I think she is a very confused teenager torn betwixt and between many extended family issues, as his her mom.
I have good thoughts and hopes for Ashley and hope she can navigate all the confusing signals she is getting from her mother and stepfather and her cousins and aunts and uncles.
She really is a ship lost at sea – to me she seems torn and simply trying to fit in with her mom’s alliance first with Danielle and against the Manzos (which Chris also, at that time supported Jac), then against Danielle and with Caroline and Dina and then hatefully against Danielle and 100% with Teresa against Danielle. This must be very confusing to her.
Her mom says hate Danielle, but don’t say anything bad like I do and then over and over, I hate her but you can’t. It’s confusing even to me. Jac and Teresa chased Danielle shouting at her theru the CC, but condemned Ashely for her actions but say their actions were okay. Very confusing to her.
Her cousins (Caroline and Al’s kids) drug her over the coals one night at dinner with her and her boyfriend about do what your mom says and challenged her on her choice of her boyfriend even when they themselves were disagreeing about the Manzo daughter dating the best friend of her brother.
Then there is her trying to figure out along with the Manzo kids how Caroline loved Kim G’s son who was her son’s best friend but his mom was not welcome in their home because of her association with Danielle.
All of these confusing relationships/non-relationships between family members and relatives and friends then not friends must take a toll on a teenager trying to make sense of it all.
A teen tries to learn from their parents’ and relatives’ behavior towards relationships with others.
These crazy scenarios must leave her totally in a quandry about what is normal behavior and what is a normal relationship.
Personally thinking, perhaps like Dina’s daughter is spending more time with her own father (not her stepdad) and no time on the show, Ashley might consider the same. It would give her a much different perspective.
Her dad from his pic looks like a fun guy – having a good time. A good time is probably some good medicine for her right now instead of all this insanity called RealTV.

Lord I miss all of you! LOL she does look like she stuff her little cheeks with nuts like a squirrel does. Before the nose job her parents should get why she act the way she do because no amount of surgery can fix how she is on the inside. I wonder who paid for it?
That last photo says it all about Ashley’s dad and her upbringing. Her mother is an airhead and her dad is a douchebag. No wonder Assley is so disrespectful toward her parents. She still looks horsy, after that nose job.

I’m sorry but she is STILL not cute to me. I can’t quite figure it out. Her small/crooked teeth in addition to her fat cheeks? Idk but I will say the nose job was a vast improvement but something is still off. Jaqueline, imo, was MUCH more attractive before she got those awful lip injections! Now her top lip barely moves. PSA: if you don’t have naturally full lips, get over it! Doctors have YET to perfect the procedure! EVER single woman I’ve seen with lip injections…LOOK like they’ve altered their lips. Its PAINFULLY obvious. Why would you PAY someone to make you looks like a duck/fool? Ok rant over. Just leave well enough alone. Everyone wasn’t meant to have big lips…
Way to teach Ashley a lesson…run your mouth, be disrespectful, grab someones hair, and get cosmetic surgery!! That girl neds some education, a job, and should have been given community service instead of a joke of a court fine. Ashley looks a bit better, but her personality makes her look UGLY!!!

No way does Puff-n-Stuff’s new nose look better. It is short and stout like a pug nose, eww. And on top of that she has a snaggle-toothed mouth. Poor girl, so not attractive. Instead of a nose job she should have gotten braces.

OMG!!!! She looks stunning…she is sooo beautiful now….that’s the best thing she’s done for herself…what a transformation…she is adorable and absolutely beautiful.

Teresa however needs more work then anyone, she kinda has amanly face? I can’t quite figure that one out either. She should have charged all that work before so they wouldn’t have to auction it off. Her and Joe sure were trying to pull a fast one, typical wannabes. Has anyone else noticed that her kids are a nightmare. She talks alot about DS’s, but she needs to take a good look at how she pushes them into acting or whatever (sorry will never happen) and how bratty they act……yuk…not impressive.

@ I’m Just Saying –it would appear Ashley already has had a lobotomy–in any case, I will begrudgingly admit her new nose is quite nice–at least from the angle shown. It appears to me that her mother had a rather bad nose job, however.

A nose job will not help much. Like mother, like daughter. If you look closer, her Mom definitely had a nose job before the show as well. It’s very pointy. Liked her Mom in the first season. Now she has became nasty.

Smoothed a tiny bump, are you all blind they chopped away half of her nose. Personally it is way too small for her and her big mouth, but whatever.
I guess the nose job was her reward for getting a summons for court after ripping out Danielle’s extensions. Don”t get me wrong, Danielle is still a zero in my book, but Ashley does need to learn her place and to act her age.
And now I see in previews for next weeks show, they’re going to Italy. ARE THEY KIDDING !!!!!! Teresa and Joe have to be the biggest morons on the face of the earth, they should be ahamed of themselves.

Bravo – please keep this young, irritating girl off the show. There is nothing compelling or enjoying about watching this spoiled, arrogant young woman as a cast member.
I wonder if anyone else caught the sisterly eye contact made between Danielle’s daughters when they were eating out- and just “happened” to mention the fact that gossip was going around among the local manicurists and pedicure workers about Danielle being anxious about finding her birth mother. If I did not know better I would think they seemed amused that the gossip caused Danielle to go bonkers. After that bizarre episode at the doctor’s office I would be amazed if the older daughter did not close down totally and refuse to be on the show ever again. It is bad enough to have your mother ask those kind of questions behind closed doors- but to put it out there for everybody to see is totally unacceptable. Anyone who has gone to school knows how cruel kids can be when a kid has something going on in their lives to make them stand out as different- but come on!! What misery these two beautiful young girls must go through because they have a mom that so many people are openly calling a “Crack Whore”? My heart breaks for them. What was Danielle thinking to take the chance that this information would be found out by the shows public relations people? Was the extra money offered to her to agree to do this show more important to her than the mental and social well being of her daughters? The father needs to petition the courts for custody of both daughters before so much damage is done that they can never have a normal life again.

Yawn, it blows my mind that some of you harp so much on this kids looks. Um why do you think she probably went under the knife in the first place? Doesn’t her nose look crooked? it looks like it is a bit hanging to the left. I think it looks better then her old nose. But I agree her face is still off a bit. I think it is the cheeks than goes straight to her chin area. There is not a ending point to her cheeks and her jaw. Still, it looks better even if it is crooked.

Please Ashley and all the other people of the world who want a nose job…stop pretending it’s about a septum or a sinus problem. ANY plastic surgeon will tell you that repairing a deviated septum or clearing scarred sinus tissue WILL NOT completely change the outward appearance of your nose. You all look really stupid saying it…just admit that you wanted to fix an ugly nose, not a big deal…At least you won’t sound like a complete moron.

Ashley only got a nose job to try and compete with Danielle’s daughter Christine’s NATURAL beauty! It is so obvious that she is jealous of Christine, that is why she hates Danielle so much! She desired to be a model, but Christine was discovered by simply appearing on the show, sorry Ashley!

I used to like Jacqueline, but no more! This season she is acting like an idiot and is always contradicting herself with Ashley. On one hand she tells Ashley to ignore Danielle and leave her alone, and then she chases Danielle through the country club yelling, “you beat someone with a 9mm pistol!” Teresa started the whole thing and then Jacqueline joins in. She yells at Teresa “why does this affect your life?” (she says this AFTER she, herself screamed at Danielle about the gun.) Once outside, she yells at Ashley to go home, but then she, herself stands in front of Danielle’s car, staring her down. Why would she do this? What was her purpose? Why was she antagonizing her? Her husband, Chris was right when he told Ashley, “You’re making a crazy person crazier.” Well, Jacqueline was doing the same thing. Danielle clearly did not start any of the drama that night. Teresa, Jacqueline, and Ashley attacked Danielle, and then for the next several episodes these people keep acting so indignant that she would press charges against the person who physically assaulted her. They forget that Ashley is 18, therefore, she is an adult. If she is adult enough to shack up with her boyfriend, they she is adult enough to pay the consequences for her actions. Also, I found it very strange that Joe and Chris travel across the world on vacation, and have nothing better to talk about at the bar on the ship than to bring up Danielle. That was so staged and awkward!! I don’t even like Danielle, but come on, these people are way out of line! Apparently she is a much better mother than Jacqueline, Teresa, and even Caroline. Her children don’t act like animals. Another thing, why would Caroline think Danielle is trash for being a stripper when she was younger, but yet she is encouraging her son, Christopher to open a strip club? Where does she get off? Why is that alright? Would she like it if her daughter was a stripper? Ashley needs much more than a nose job; she needs a kick in the ass! Like the old saying goes: You can’t make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear! Another old saying: Pretty is as Pretty does. Also, I’m tired of seeing her in those droopy, ugly knit hats.
