If you have been following the news reports about Teresa Giudice for the past few months, and have recently wondered if things could possibly get worse for the Real Housewives of New Jersey star, we are here to report the answer is yes.
The media outlet RadarOnline has uncovered some new documents filed on Thursday by Roberta A. DeAngelis, the US Trustee overseeing the bankruptcy petition of Teresa and husband Joe Giudice, basically asking the Judge in the case to dismiss the Giudices’ Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition because of fraud.
The main fraud accusation has to do with that little known book Teresa wrote titled Skinny Italian. The accusation is that Teresa failed to disclose the $250,000 advance she received from her publishing deal with Hyperion, which might explain why she went on a $60,000 shopping spree just days after filing.
This is fraud because the contract Teresa signed has been uncovered, and it is dated October 22, 2009, which is exactly a week before she filed for bankruptcy on October 29, 2009 to the tune of $11 million in debt. “The Defendants have knowingly and fraudulently made false oaths in this case” states the court documents.
Popeater also reports that while Teresa acknowledged in an April 2010 examination under oath that she received the book advance, her legal team failed to officially update court records about the newly disclosed assets.
Other assets the couple is accused of concealing include a bank account of Joe’s, two pieces of real property, vehicles, the ownership of an online boutique called TG Fabulicious, as well as Joe’s 1601 Maple Avenue Associates, LLC.
The complaint also accuses the Giudices of presenting false income tax returns to the bankruptcy court. And as the days go by, prison time is starting to look like a real possibility for the Giudices, that is if the feds decide to file fraud and perjury charges against them.
As if this wasn’t humiliating enough, RadarOnine is also reporting today that Teresa will be hosting a table flipping contest in Delaware on September 25. The site states “Teresa will appear at the Funky Monkey in Wilmington Delaware, where she’ll hold a meet-and-greet with fans and invite women to flip a table for a prize.”

The reviews are pretty on the money. Great for dogs, so-so for people. We stayed in a room on the same side as the office and it was pretty quiet, large room, bed was comfortable. Other pluses, it right near the OB boardwalk, plenty of restaurants & stores within walking distance. I would stay there again, being almost right on the dog beach was great. I can deal with the bad points there because it is not expensive like alot of other places there.
I have a Pit bull mix and a Italian greyhound mix. Like you’re Bulldog the greyhound hates the water but my Pitty loves it.

If Joe & Theresa Giudice don’t end up in prison there is something truely wrong with our system, and unjust for all us that play by the rules. Also they haven’t filed personal tax returns in serveral years! I mean where is the IRS on this and how does such a high profile couple get away with not filing tax returns again if the IRS isn’t down on this case then why are we all paying taxes when all you have to do is ignore them……aren’t we the fools. Let me go charge up $$$$ in debt and then ask the system to erase it, what the heck am I doing playing by the rules, people like the Giudice’s make us all look foolish. Really if they do not serve jail time then something is WRONG here!

Teresa is a trip! She gets violent easily and seems to have skewed values. All the Housewives seem to put material success in front of anything else. So competitive with each other too. Not a happy crowd.
My first comment, ever. Teresa made a big issue about not being in foreclosure, but foreclosure means you are having an issue with your house. Bankruptcy means you are having issues with every aspect of your finances, including your house. She didn’t want Danielle to get it wrong. Also, she wanted us to know that she is from Paterson, NJ. Isn’t that like saying, I come from Newark or Detroit? Finally, I have to admit that when I look at Teresa, all I see is her bizarre hairline.
despite it all I love love love that woman. As far as her hate for her sister-in-law goes viewers were on the outside looking in. Every family has drama she’s no diffrent.

I believe they should be forced to sell off everything, including the house to pay off their debt. Isn’t that what other people do to stave off bankruptcy. Also, she claims she did not know about their financial situation — when you are told to pay cash for everything, they you must know something is wrong. NO??
Theresa and Joe are in serious denial about everything. Hopefully the courts and the IRS will solve the problem. Joe doesn’t look too smart, now we know he actually isn’t very smart. I hope they get what’s coming to them, whatever that is.
I also heard that they were getting $10,000 each month from family members. What classless, money grubbing, lying cheats they are.

Throw the book at them. They spend money they don’t have like water, while so many people have no job, no home, etc. These people need to to be punished for their fraud, not rewarded by being on TV and making appearances.

Years ago.
If Theresa had her two feet on the ground she’d support her husband through tthis ordeal. If I were her I’d move to a small charming house and start all over. Life is short and getting a good night sleep at the end of the day is priceless. She needs to keep her family intact. Forget about the material things and live life to the fullest. They must meet up to their responsibilities and just give a a brand new start. God Bless them, keep them safe and help them through this dark cloud over their heads. Millie
