Florence Henderson Voted Off In Dancing With The Stars Shocker!

Florence Henderson

Despite receiving the lowest score on Monday night’s Dancing With The Stars, “Teen Activist” Bristol Palin found herself safe from elimination last night.

Kyle Massey, who received the second lowest score, was also safe from elimination.  Florence Henderson? Not so lucky.  The 76-year-old Brady Bunch mom received the axe after the host announced she scored the lowest when votes and scores were combined.

Even Florence was a bit surprised by her elimination.  She told UsWeekly she “was a little surprised, but you know I’ve watched this show since it began, and I’ve seen absolutely shocking things happen on it, so somebody has to go.”

Florence however showed grace upon hearing the news on the show. “I have been in TV for over 50 years I have to say in all honesty this is one of the best produced shows I have ever been on,” she said. “I’ve loved this show since it began. I hope I’ve inspired people to get up off their behind and move and dance and have fun. I feel like I have grown as a person and a performer. I feel like a kid again!”

Meanwhile, Bristol, 20, was relieved to be dancing another week. “I’m just so thankful that they kept me another week and they see potential in me obviously,” she tells Us. “Hopefully I can prove that I can be a performer.”
