Just a week after an all out brawl at a child’s christening ceremony, it seems there is still drama raging on for the Real Housewives of New Jersey.
And once again the drama ensued at the Posche Fashion Show, you know, the same place cops were called to last year during the weave pulling fiasco involving Danielle Staub. And though there were no cops called this go around, RadarOnline reports emotions spilled over during the fashion show.
According to Radar, the show last night was the first time feuding sister-in-laws Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga (pictured above at the fashion show) came face to face following the fight that broke out at the christening of Melissa’s son. As reported, Melissa has been added as a new housewife to the Bravo hit show.
“Melissa and Teresa were on separate sides of the room,” an eyewitness told RadarOnline. “And not surprisingly, they were not speaking. It was Melissa’s side versus Teresa’s side. But you could see Teresa was intimidated. She sat in her seat. She didn’t move or talk to many people. She was not her ‘big’ self.”
The cause of the tension this time around? Competition according to sources. “It all started because Teresa was mad that Melissa was in the show for Posche and that Melissa was originally supposed to walk the runway before her,” said the eyewitness, who added that Teresa ended up walking out first.
The source added that the audience made it clear who’s side they were on. “When Teresa came out there was not much clapping or reaction. But when Melissa came out the room went nuts! A lot of the guests even stood up,” the eyewitness said. “Melissa looked beyond beautiful.”
And despite the denials from Caroline Manzo and Teresa that all is well in their relationship, RadarOnline reports once again that there is a rift between the two ladies which was more obvious last night.
“Teresa and Caroline were talking at the table, but you could tell that they aren’t as close anymore,” an eyewitness said. It didn’t help matters when Teresa’s hairdresser Daniel, who was reportedly intoxicated began hurling profanities at Caroline and her husband Al Manzo.
Caroline reportedly reacted to the outburst by saying, “This is my home and this isn’t the time or the place,” and then kicking him out of the event, as the event took place at the Brownstone.
Radar also adds that Teresa’s cousin Kathy Wakile has been added to the cast and that Teresa was unhappy last night as she thought Kathy was too friendly with Melissa. Sources however say Kathy was just trying to play peacemaker between Teresa and Melissa.
