Could there be trouble brewing in the Giudices marital paradise? A new report by E! News will not be helping quiet down those pesky rumors of Joe Giudice stepping out on his wife Teresa Giudice anytime soon.
According to E!, sources saw the Real Housewives of New Jersey husband in Atlantic City over the weekend at a birthday party . The sources tell E! Joe was seen dining with a long-haired brunette and other couples, except the woman with Joe was not Teresa, though she looked a lot like her.
“She looked similar to Teresa but younger,” a source tells E!, “They seemed friendly. They were sitting next to each other and talking closely.” E! adds that the woman couldn’t have been Teresa because the very same night, she tweeted that she was dining at the Stanton Social in NYC.
Teresa’s rep didn’t respond for comments to E! but Teresa took to her blog this morning to deny any split or trouble between the two. Below is what Teresa wrote -
“It’s that time of year again… the birds are singing, the weather is nice, and people start gossiping about who’s breaking up with who. At least twice a year someone says Joe and I have split. I want you all to hear directly from me: NOT TRUE. Joe and I are still together as we’ve always been. I love him as much now as the day we got married. I’m torn writing this because I don’t want to give any attention to the slimy tabloids, but I got a lot of wonderful messages from people worried about us and I didn’t want you all to worry! (You are all so sweet!!!)”
Teresa also posted an old engagement photo of she and Joe, which is posted below.
In other news, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie came out swinging against Albert Manzo, husband to Caroline Manzo, yesterday, labeling him a liar and suspending him from his government position.
Evidently, Albert was a Commissioner at the North Jersey District Water Supply. A position which supplied him with a pension, state benefits, some authority and a $7,500 yearly salary. The problem arose when it was discovered that Albert listed his home address as the Brownstone in other to get the nomination. As we all know, Albert lives in a mansion on the Bravo hit show.
‘Do you really believe he’s sleeping on a cot at the Brownstone in Paterson?’ asked Christie. “If any of you watch or know about ‘The Real Housewives of New Jersey’ you know where he lives,” added Christie, who is wanting to rid the state of “these entities collect money from the citizens of New Jersey in various forms and no one is paying attention.” Christie is now looking to fire Albert, following the suspension without pay.
As for Albert, he reportedly told The Record newspaper that he has an apartment in his Paterson restaurant and plans to fight to keep his job.

I am still boycotting RHONJ and I feel anyone else with morals should boycott this show or any other shows that have bankrupt and fraudulent individuals. If you want to watch these people it is your choice. I have morals, and I will not be supporting these people any way, shape or form.

I agree with Neutral to boycott the show when it returns in hopes of showing Bravo that the public won’t tolerate putting more money in the pocket of those who have blatantly stolen from the viewers (who are taxpayers).
If Albert claimed both the Brownstone and his mansion as residences (the former to qualify for the Water Board position, the latter for homestead tax purposes), then he would definitely be guilty of defrauding the governments at either the state, county or city level and possibly all three.
One of the earlier commenters (@27DeeDee) speculated it would be difficult for the Governor’s office to prove he didn’t use the Brownstone as a residence because one is not legally required to live in one’s home 365 days a year. While there is not a genral type of law requiring one to physically live at one’s identified address (i.e. where one accepts mail, sleeps, maintains clothes, food, etc.) in many cases one must verify a minimum number of days at that residence. For example, most states require you to be a resident of that state for at least 6 months prior to filing for dissolution of marriage. Most states’ homestead property tax exemption laws require a 7 month minimum. This is to eliminate one from declaring more than one property as one’s homestead. I do not know what New Jersey requires, but Florida does not allow the snowbirds of NY, NJ, ME, etc. to claim homestead exemption in their northern states and claim it again for their Florida home. All state property appraisers have access to other states’ tax rolls. Residents can easily verify actually living at the questionable address by providing copies of utility statements that demonstrate average usage charges for the applicable geographical area.
Also, DeeDee, don’t count on Albie being “smart enough” to have checked out the residency requirements before taking the job. Court dockets across the U.S. are replete with the names of public officials who knew what the laws are when it comes to fraud, public corruption, etc., but are so narcissistic and egomanical that they believe they will be the person who gets away with the crime. Even if one of them does spend a moment worrying about being caught, the thought is quickly replaced by assuring themselves that their government connections will guarantee the biggest penalty imposed will be a mere slap on the wrist.
Alot of people kept asking why Caroline was such good friends with Teresa, there you have it, they are both lying, cheating, tax evading citizens. Such nice peeps in NJ
I’ll bet if they check the zoning on the Brownstone, it does NOT allow residential dwelling in a commercially zoned building. With that said, the building can pull the C.O. (certificate of occupancy) and close the doors on the Brownstone. Also, I wonder if the Brownstone’s insurance company knows about the apartment. Hope they’re both reading this…………..karma IS a bitch
Chris Christie is the guy who takes a helicopter, payed by taxpayers to go to his son’s ball game. Cost more in one ride than Albert’s salary. This is a case of the Pot calling the Kettle black.
