A new episode of the Bad Girls Club: New Orleans is set to air tonight on Oxygen and a preview clip is below!
On the 7th episode this season titled ‘Catch Scratch Fever,’ a feud involving Angie escalates and ultimately leads to jail time. Elsewhere, the art of pranking takes a nasty turn.
In other BGC news, cast member Tasha Malek is catching backlash for some of the homophobic comments she made on the show. Tasha, who is friends with her openly gay castmate Shelly Hickman, stated the following on a recent episode: “I’ve never met anyone in my life who flaunts their gayness as much as Shelly does. It’s disgusting and wrong.”
In addition to the above comment, Tasha also used the gay slur that begins with a letter F a number of times. This led to some outrage from fans. Fast forward to today and according to Tasha, she is far from being homophobic. The bad girl posted the following in her recent blog in an attempt to defend herself -
“I’ve said it plenty. I don’t think it’s right to be gay. The Bible says it should be between a woman and a man. Although, I do have plenty of gay friends that I love and support, I personally don’t think it’s right.
Am I homophobic? What a joke! No way! I’m just standing up for what I believe in. I do not care about anyone’s sexual preference. It has NOTHING to do with me!!!!”
Allrighty. Some fans of the show have also complained that this season has been a bit lackluster though the ratings for the series continues to remain high. The new episode of the BGC airs tonight on Oxygen at 9/8c.

I’ve seen every episode of every season up until I saw an episode this season where 2 of the girls got into a fight about who has the most Facebook friends. I haven’t watched since. That is possibly the saddest and most ridiculous thing I have ever seen on reality TV.
She’s totally stupid, anything sexual unless to procreate is pretty much a sin, so who is anybody to judge, unless we all abstain. I think she went too far calling the guy her “friend” wuz dating a “faggot” multiple times when dude wasn’t gay, that’s totally f’d up, but like this hot mess of a show, let’s see some ass get kicked!! LOL

No, I don’t watch it b/c I don’t get Oxygen, BUT…. I did catch one episode On Demand (don’t know how that happens, but…) I do NOT like this show or any of these chicks. I usually wouldnt comment on ANY BGC story, but this one caught my eye. Yes the Bible states that homosexuality is a sin, I also think that a relationship should be between a man and a woman, but I would never past judgement on anyone. That’s not up ot me that’s up to the Man upstairs, and we all, sometime or another, will have to answer to him. That doenst make you homophobic because you say your opinion. Homophobic means to have a fear of homosexuals, I dont think the girl who made that comment would even be on that show is she was bone knocking scared of gay ppl.

I have watched BGC since season 1 & all the girls want is to try to out do the season before. No one is original, they are all fake.
