Tamra Barney is gearing up for the new season of Real Housewives of Orange County by removing her infamous DD breast implants! The self-proclaimed “hottest Housewife” has decided she can still be hot and a little more au naturale if you can imagine such a thing.
Now that she is no longer the trophy wife type — swapping that moniker for “free bitch” — Tamra decided to lighten her load, apparently. Taking to her Facebook page the saucy Housewife explained why she is implanted no more!
“Lots of people have been asking me WHY I had my breast implants removed and here is my answer: I had them removed for several reasons, 1. I live a more active lifestyle now (working out and running) and they really got in the way. 2. I feel at 44 I am finally comfortable in my own skin and I don’t need big ta-ta’s to make me look better. 3. one of the biggest reasons, I had a scare with breast cancer and I thought it would be better to just have them removed,” Tamra explained.
I must say looking at a photo of Tamra from last year, all her hard work is paying off — she is looking great! She’s definitely lost weight, toned up and looks much healthier. Additionally, removing the implants has given her a much classier look. Now if only she could do something about that hair…
“I am so happy I did it and will share more about my journey on season 7 that airs Feb 7,” she added. No word on when she had them removed. Tamra also took to her Facebook to defend new BFFL Gretchen Rossi!” I know this comment is going to shock the shit out of you….. However, there was some Gretchen bashing on my page and I won’t have it. The video of her naked is NOT to sell purses its for breast cancer awareness,” Tamra seethed referring to some topless shots of Gretchie Poo that can be seen in the new OC trailer.
“I think she was very brave and looks amazing in the video. I think a lot of people will be surprised to see how things have changed between us… HELL WE EVEN ARE!” Ok, then…

tammy sue waddle ( tamra) knew she was in deep doo-doo when the negative comments came flooding in. not just about her jealousy of gretchen, her vicious meddling into slade’s child support issues, her disasterous attempt at “love” in a bathtub with her gay boyfriend, but the absolutely worst reason, was when she staged that infantile rant, threw a drink at jeana, fled the scene, and then LIED to her group about it. tammy was well aware that most fans of the show wanted to see her head roll. so what does she do? she begs gretchen to forgive her and is now kissing her ass like there’s no tomorrow! the next blog i wanna see from RT is of you begging jeana for forgiveness and kissing her ass. until that happens, everything you do is fake and staged. PUCKER UP TAMMY SUE!

@63 Jane: you hit it just right, MATRONLY. I can speak from personal experience. I had large implants (saline) for over 10 years, and after I turned 40 I grew to dread them. I was sick & tired of men gawking at me. It was becoming ridiculous. I had them done because after 2 children—-long story.
Anyway, I too had them removed and went from DD to C. I am so happy. I also had a lift and a reduction. What a difference.
My surgeon is one of the top women surgeons in the country and she used the same word, MATRONLY. I had lost 40 lbs and still looked fat. Try finding a blouse that will button. Or a sexy bra for DD’s.
Anyway, I agree that she had smaller implants put in. She looks great. The hair is terrible, she’s trying way too hard. She should cut it to just below her shoulders and/or remove any extensions.
I am the same age as Tamra… why can’t I have the same body as hers. I wish I could starve myself and get the result she gets, but darn it, I’m hungry all the time. I think 2 seasons ago she said she doesn’t eat all summer, I tried not to eat for 2 days and passed out. What is her secret?

The only HW show I watch now is the OC. The best and the original one. I am so glad that Vikki and Tamara are still on the show. I hope the focus is back on family and home and not just fighting all of the time. I wish Tammy II would be back on. Looking forward to the premiere and all the reruns leading up to it. Will we all be posting real time with the show?!!
I am watching season 1 and it seems so obvious that Laurie is after Slade when she things he can pay the bills…you gotta re-watch it. Tooo goood

Yes i’m real excited this where it all began.You watch the older seasons like Laurie’s wedding what a difference the housewives were back then,they were real friends they cared about each other had each others back,the problems were small and the fun they used to have.Like Vickie said at the last 2 reunions ago i don’t know if i want to come back all the good times are gone.Theres fun still but way to much figting,every scene almost.It’s too bad.Wake up Bravo.But yes i’m real excited about the O.C. coming good bad or ugly,i’m watching.
