Hi guys! This is RT and I just wanted to give you a quick update on things. It’s no secret that Kim Kardashian, helmed by pimpmomager Kris Jenner, is a greedy little thing desperate for dollars above all else! New information about the depths of her money love demonstrate that Kim will stop at nothing for a few more Benjamins in the bank!
Last July, Kim filed a lawsuit against Old Navy for using Melissa Molinaro in a TV commercial. Kim claimed Melissa was a look-alike, whose appearance would confuse fans into believing Kim endorsed the company. Of course, the woman displayed actual talent in the singing department, which would quickly clear up any Kimmie-based confusion.
Kim’s suit also alleged the company intentionally tried to create that confusion and their actions “violated her rights to her name and likeness.” Yes — Kim is that delusional. Kim is hoping to squeeze an estimated $20 million dollars out of the company and take her suit to a jury-based trial. Like any jury would feel sorry for Kim!
This whole lawsuit episode was largely overshadowed by Kim’s massive wedding, which took place the following month. Many assumed the suit had been dropped since little news has been reported on it’s status, but apparently it’s still very much happening!
Lawyers for The Gap (the company which owns Old Navy) are seeking to embarrass Kim investigate Kimmie’s finances to discover her true net worth and to question Kim’s tarnished reputation, as Kim’s lawsuit alleges the commercial tarnished her good name (inserts laugh).
Among the information The Gap’s attorney, the high-powered Louis Petrich, wants to know is why BeBe, who previously had a clothing line created by harlots, decided to drop the Kardashians deal with them and more importantly what Kim’s motives are for filing the suit? I can answer that, Louis! Two words: Reggie Bush. See, Melissa was allegedly dating Reggie at the time Kim filed this completely valid suit!
Mr. Petrich expects the investigation into Kim’s assets (the kind not currently on her body) will take upto a year and he requested financial records delving into the monies earned by Sears and BeBe through their deals with the Kardashians. Petrich also wants to find out more about Kim’s “reputation as a singer and dancer.” HAHAHA!
It’s not clear what The Gap is intending to prove with the information, but The Hollywood Reporter has a few theories. One theory is that The Gap hopes to demonstrate that Kimmie Kakes is “libel-proof,” because her reputation is so appalling that no injury could cause true damage. Meaning even if fans thought it was Kim in the ads it wouldn’t do anything to harm her already besmirched reputation as a designer or a performer. If anything it might further damage Old Navy’s!
Another approach is to compare the singing and dancing abilities of the two women and point out that long-time artist Melissa, who appeared in MTV’s Making The Band 3, far surpasses Kim in ability — making confusion highly unlikely. Oh lord, can you imagine lawyers and a judge having to watch Kim’s music video in court!? I would totes tune into C-SPAN for that moment! LOL to the maximum!
The Gap seeks to prove that the lawsuit has no merit and that the commercial featuring Melissa was a small part of an overall larger campaign, so any profits earned from that specific advertisement were minimal, rendering the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star’s rights to financial gain “de minimis.” Or definitely not worth $20M.
Both sides expect Kim to take the stand, like she’s a credible witness. And a surprise witness may be Reggie, himself! The Gap is seeking to put Reggie on the stand in an effort to prove that Kim’s suit was filed for personal reasons and was based on his relationship with Melissa at the time the commercial aired.
Kim’s kamp has their own strategy. Apparently, her lawyers conducted a survey which prove fans were confused about who they were seeing in the commercial. Yeah to the right! Another possible plan is to involve media players to provide testimony that they believed Old Navy had ulterior motives and to get members of the public to take the stand bearing witness to the confusion argument. Something tells me this is going to get dirty and I can’t wait!
Yet another exposure into Kim’s tricky behavior is a recent discovery by Fox News’ Pop Tarts blog. Fox recently investigated celebrity charity auctions and discovered that Kimmie and fam, who regularly sell their used clothing and accessories through eBay Giving Works under the pretense of donating the profits to the Dream Foundation, are actually pocketing 90% of the monies earned!
First of all, who would put their unmentionable parts in the same place Kim once put her own? She sells a lot of used jeans — I looked. Second of all, most of the used items advertised as owned and worn by the Kardashians are not making big bucks and this family is STILL keeping almost all of the proceeds!
“Many times the public assumes that all the proceeds go to charity and not the celebrity,” Glenn Selig, President/CEO of Selig Multimedia revealed. “But that is often not the case. The public should never assume that 100 percent goes to charity.”
According to the Giving Works policy a minimum 10% of the sale must go to the charity, but the remaining 90% has no obligation. Of course, many stars end up giving the full 100% but others don’t. Others, including the Kardashians.
An insider close to the family claims the Kardashians are charitable in many ways and explains that the majority of the items sold through their eBay auctions were not gifts, but actually purchased by the family for personal use. Thus, the reason why every dollar is not going towards those in need.
“They strongly believe that every little bit counts and there have been many instances where they have privately donated the whole sum of an earning to a charity, and they would like to continue to do some of these things privately,” the insider asserts. Neither eBay nor Kim’s rep commented on the discovery.
Speaking of dreams, Khloe Kardashian‘s dream of becoming a mommy may happen soon! “Khloe has been meeting with fertility doctors in Dallas, and Lamar [Odom] has been going with her to several appointments. It makes sense for her to have a fertility doctor in Dallas, as well as Los Angeles,” a source close to the couple reveals to RadarOnline.
“Khloe very much wants to have a baby with Lamar, and their inability to get pregnant has had its rough moments, but this has only made their relationship stronger.” And because she’s a Kardashian, whether through blood or nurture, Khloe plans to have cameras with her every step of the way capturing the drama for Khloe & Lamar.
“Khloe wants to shine a light on this very sensitive subject. Khloe has received such a warm welcome in Dallas, and she thinks that the move may actually help her get pregnant,” the insider explains. “Khloe is constantly asked when she is getting pregnant, it just made sense to let viewers know what is really going on,” the friend says.

Frankly, the only reason Kim would ever do anything charitable was if it benefited HER. No doubt her ebay auctions were simply a part of a tax scheme for a write off and netted her 90% of the proceeds to boot.
She is just sickening and I am so glad it is all coming out.
Really, Kim should be happy that her “fans” think she represents Old Navy. She has a clothing line at Sears. SEARS!
She’s such an idiot for filing this lawsuit. That model resembles her a little bit, but towards the end of the commercial, you can tell it isn’t Kim.

Look at that photo of her on the sidebar with Kris.
Kim had lipo on her thighs and belly.
This was documented in her first divorce decree and she was like 23!
Lipo has messed up her body with the weight loss/gain.
She is very lumpy now and in that photo with the white dress she is wearing shapers with butt pad inserts.
There is another photo from behind where the butt insert was trying to escape.

I posted this before but i think it is worth a repost, it explains a lot about Kris J.
Kris J claims she was friends with Nicole Brown Simpson and exploited Nicole’s death in the her sleazy book.
I think Kris J was actually JEALOUS of Nicole and her lifestyle with OJ. Kris and Robert weren’t as well off as OJ and Nicole and it made Kris J very envious.
So Kris J used Nicole to get into their circle of friends and their lifestyle.
This would explain WHY Kris never spoke out against OJ and was fine with Robert defending OJ.
Because Kris J was always jealous of Nicole and probably didn’t really care that she died because she didnt think Nicole deserved to live the life of wealth that Nicole had. Kris wanted that life for herself.
This also explains why Kris J’s girls all grew up to chase after black athletes. Black athletes were something that Kris saw as a ticket to fame and fortune.
Unfortunately, Kris couldn’t score a successful black athlete to complete her dreams so she lives vicariously thru her kids.
The best Kris could do was Bruce, who is a white athlete who looks more like a white WOMAN than a man at this point.

When I saw the Old Navy commercial, I thought the girl kinda looked like I her, but I didn’t think it was Kim. Anyone with common sense knew it wasn’t her. 1) there’s actual talent 2) she would have talked/tweeted about it nonstop, and it would have been on their show.
And I was wondering if that was Melissa from Making the Band! But her last name on there was Smith. I thought she should have made the band over Aundrea. Aundrea had a stronger voice, but apparently she didn’t even like being in the band.
Chanel uses a young, dark haired model for their Perfection Lumiere foundation, it graced the back cover of Lucy Magazine November 2011 – (Kimmie and all of her whore glory graced the cover of the same mag)……wonder why Kimmie Cakes isn’t suing Chanel? They look nothing alike…..I knew it wasn’t Kim the first time I saw the old navy commercial. Kim wears big long black hair extentions and tons of makeup including nasty spider eyelashes….this Melissa girl had none of these on. Plus Kim is short and thick while Melissa is thin and petite. I think Kim K had tons of plastic surgery to look like Melissa….Kim is the copy cat.
this whole charity thing is gross. If you can’t afford to give the full proceeds to charity them don’t buy so many clothing items in the first place!
Also the Kardashians better be careful before they have “friends” lie to the media about their charitable ways, since this lawsuit is going to dig up and reveal a lot of financial information, and ultimately fail to find sizable charity donations.
