PHOTOS: Mob Wives Get Classy Makeovers! Drita And Carla Define The Mob & Talk Leaving The Lifestyle! Plus Feud Updates!

The ladies of Mob Wives recently got a classy makeover courtesy of In Touch Weekly magazine, which had them going from street to chic!!

In the photos posted below, the girls were put in Park Avenue Princess gear but they were not without some Staten Island accessories! Photos from the make-under are below! During the shoot, the ladies talked season two feuds and what has happened since filming ended. I think it’s fair to say the more things change, well, the more they stay the same!

Meanwhile, on and off-screen besties, Carla Facciolo and Drita D’avanzo are talking about The Lifestyle. Two women, who know more than anyone about what it’s like to live your life in the shadows of organized crime, are explaining what exactly the mafia means and are advising, once again, that being a gangster isn’t so great!

“As a kid going up, I had my uncle tell me they were in the mob,” Carla reveals to The Huffington Post . “I come from a lifestyle of seeing things around me; nothing too crazy –- it’s like going somewhere and people having a different respect for you.”

“But the bad side is that the ones who you love will be taken from you. Your kids are taken away from you -– your life becomes f–ked up.”

“It’s an organization of people who do all bad things,” Carla explains. “You have to get involved with guys who are all into doing something bad. You do wrong things and that’s why you end up in jail.” And neither Carla or Drita want to raise their children to idolize the mafia life, as they have agreed it stops with them.

As for their role, both ladies agree they would rather be mob wives than gangsters themselves. “Anyone can be in the mob, you don’t have to be Italian. I think every person, every type of person, nationality, etc. has that in their personality,” Drita describes. As for what celebrity they think would make an amazing mob boss; both women opined that Angelina Jolie would get their pick!

Moving onto some of the real Mob Wives drama, In Touch Weekly (via their print edition) recently spoke to the cast about their feuds!

Carla, the eternal cool cucumber, admits that she doesn’t really have beef with anyone. “I talk to everybody on the show,” although she is still “testing” newbie Ramona Rizzo. Her good friend Drita has a different take! “I have no desire to speak to Karen [Gravano] or Ramona,” Drita asserts.

And the feeling is mutual! Karen has no desire to deal with her either. “She is a liar and a fake, but I try not to focus on it,” Karen says of Drita. “As far as the drama with her goes, I’m done.” Ramona feels similarly. While she refers to Karen, Big Ang Raiola, and Renee Graziano as “family”, she has zero desire to befriend Drita. As for Carla; she is “just there.”

And, surprisingly, Renee has a new approach and she is getting along with every one of the ladies! “I’m Switzerland!;” she laughs. “I want to be good with everyone.” And so does Big Ang, who never had any feuds to begin with because, well, she’s awesome! Ang describes herself as “the peacemaker,” but admits, “it doesn’t seem like it’s working. I wish we all got along.”

Finally, Drita recently posted an old school photo of herself before the mob and before Lee! Drita in a her high school days was quite the skinny little tom boy. Although, she definitely looked scrappy!

“High School Pic..lol. Handball Champs right here/Undefeated! Ol Skool Crew…miss them:(,” Drita tweeted along with the photo. You can see Drita from back in the day below.
