Rumors of trouble in Bethenny Frankel‘s marriage continue to swirl. After an article surfaced claiming husband Jason Hoppy had moved out of their apartment and was staying in a nearby hotel, photos emerged of a seemingly happily married couple celebrating their second anniversary.
Now, Bethenny is speaking out and confronting the rumors head-on. “I know you have all been worried about my relationship, and the show got off to an emotional rocky start, but isn’t life like that? Sometimes we cringe, sometimes we get anxiety, but ultimately, we buckle up, hold on, and get to the next place,” Bethenny writes in her Bravo blog.
“I love my husband and my family. Relationships may not have always been my strong point, but I am dedicated to my marriage, to being a better person every day, and to being open and honest in the hopes of helping myself — and hopefully many of you,” the Bethenny Ever After star adds. “This show is about being truthful and giving you a slice of my life during that time period.”
Bethenny explains that she is in a much happier place with her marriage, but as always, she is a work in progress. “I work on being a mother, I work on being a wife, I work on being a good friend and employer, and I work on being a success in business. If all of this comes easy to someone else than more power to them.”
And in case you’re wondering, Bethenny and Jason are still getting frisky! “As far as our sex life, we get down to it. When the show filmed, we had a baby just over one-year-old, and I didn’t quite have my mojo back,” Bethenny reveals.
“I was recently pregnant, and I assure you that wasn’t the immaculate conception. How ridiculous that my sex life is now talk show and cocktail party chatter?” Uhhh… well, if you weren’t on a reality show… oh, never mind – too obvious!
And finally, tonight is an all-new episode of Bethenny Ever After. Bethenny is the subject of constant negative press after tabloids accuse her of staging the lost at sea shenanigan for her reality show. In order to get some positive attention, Bethenny appears on various TV shows, including The Today Show and Ellen. A preview of the new episode is below!
