Dancing With The Stars Elimination: So Long, Urkel

After Monday night’s Classical Night scores, it was anyone’s guess which couples would wind up in the safe zone on Dancing with the Stars.

A few of the hour’s highlights: after receiving a perfect score of 30, Derek Hough and Maria Menounos were asked to give an encore performance, eliminated contestant Gavin DeGraw sang one of his new songs, and a dance troupe gave an energetic and inspiring performance.

After 53 minutes of filler, we find out that the couples in the dance duel will be Roshon Fegan and Chelsie Hightower against Jaleel White and Kym Johnson.

Both couples gave it their all, but the judges unanimously choose to save Roshon and Chelsie. Jaleel takes the bad news with grace, which I was a bit surprised by. He just feels like the type who’d be a sore loser.

Why is America failing Chelsie and Roshon every week? I think they’re amazing and now that they’re the underdogs once again – I’m pulling out my pompons for them! I hope they go all the way! And if that doesn’t happen, then I hope the mirrorball trophy goes to Donald Driver and Peta Murgatroyd. Those Green Bay Packer fans are a very passionate and loyal group, if anyone can rally the troops to make those votes happen, it’s them!

Next week is a double elimination. Get out your popcorn and slushies, this might be a good one!
