Kim Richards is a whole new girl, y’all! Inside and out! In preparation for the new season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills (and no doubt seeking a storyline) Kim decided to surgically alter her schnozz. I guess in times of change – go whole hog. New nose, new, well, I dunno… these are are #HousewivesProblems.

“It wasn’t a huge nip/tuck,” WetPaint reports. “It was more of a small tweak to the bridge.”

“She had it done just a few weeks ago,” a source reveals. ”It had always been bothering her and she finally decided to do something about it.”

Dr. Paul Nassif, husband of Adrienne Maloof, did not perform the surgery. Which means Adrienne will get angry at Kim and spend the entire season claiming Kim betrayed her and is a bad friend for not supporting Adrienne’s interest. Then Lisa Vanderpump and Kim can bond over the matter.

Hopefully Kim didn’t use the same doctor that did Taylor Armstrong‘s lips!

Kim unveiled her new sniffer at THE annual White Party – where all the drama happens in RHOBH land. “At her sister Kyle [Richards] annual White Party on June 30 , she was showing the results off. She seemed really pleased. Everyone was telling her how great it looked.”

“Kim was in great shape at the White Party,” the source continues. “She looked and seemed to feel fantastic. I’ve never seen her in better form.” Kim has been sober since late 2011. Kyle has also had a nose job – although many years before reality TV.
