Even though the ladies of Bravo's Real Housewives of Miami finally found their voices in their sophomore season, some could definitely out yell the others. Of course, Lea Black had a way of using her biting sarcasm to battle the volume of her co-stars. When she wasn't stirring the pot among her friends or showering them with backhanded compliments, Lea could be found working on her annual gala and spending time with her family.
Everyone knows that Lea's gala is like her second child, and she treats it as such. In a recent interview, she talks about how she';s prepping for huge April event while promoting a new line of skin care products and juggling her reality career. I have a feeling next we'll be seeing a line of turbans from Lea, don't you think?

Lea recently spoke with LaLate, touting her new pocketbook designs and home goods items. She also played coy about the upcoming third season of RHOM. No shocker there!
Last season on Real Housewives of Miami, viewers watched you go through the preparations for that year’s Blacks Annual Gala. With this year’s Gala now less than two months away (on April 13), how are you feeling compared to last year? Excited? Anxious?
I am feeling a bit of pressure because I have been so busy with my new skincare line Lea Black Skincare that we got a late start and didn’t secure the talent until about a week ago. But, as always, we will make it happen.
Of course, I have to ask, but may not get an answer, is there going to be a third season of Real Housewives of Miami and can you tell us about any cast changes?
Yes, they announced a third season, so I heard (wink) and I wish I was the casting agent – have a few ideas! Ha. But that’s way above my pay grade . Stay tuned.
Will Bravo be filming [for RHOM] at the Gala on April 13, 2013?
Well. I’m not the producer , so it’s not my decision, but I won’t be surprised if they do.
Lea also discussed some of her new business ventures/lifestyle brands (what exactly is that??) with her Lea Black Handbags and Lea Black Home collections which are described as pieces necessary to "inject a shot of glamour into your wardrobe and home." Just what you needed, right? I think I'm fine not looking like Lea Black's house threw up in my living room…
