Who Will Return For The New Season Of Real Housewives Of New York? Ramona Singer, Heather Thomson, And Carole Radziwill Confirmed!

Only three ladies from the Real Housewives of New York were present at the Bravo Upfront Presentations last night.  Carole Radziwill, Ramona "Pinot" Singer, and Heather "Holla" Thompson walked the blue carpet together, but LuAnn de Lesseps, Sonja Morgan, and Aviva Drescher were noticeably absent.

There has been a lot of rumors swirling around the upcoming season, and filming has already been pushed back once to address casting concerns.  Now that the RHONY cameras start rolling in a few weeks with a projected summer premiere, many are starting to buzz about just who will make the final cut.

The NY Daily News is reporting that Ramona will be back for more turtle time, as will last season newbies Carole and Heather.  However, that leaves the remaining three women's RHONY fate up in the air.  Apparently the Countess, Sonja, and Aviva are still in contract negotiations…I'm guessing they are trying to figure out how much they have to pay Bravo to be allowed to return!  😉

Of the reason why the network is dragging its feet, an insider explains, "They may want to round out the cast with fresh meat."

However, Naughty But Nice Rob dishes that only Carole's spot on the show is safe, although sources originally–and incorrectly–told him that Sonja was as well.  I'd say that judging by Ramona, Carole, and Heather's appearance at the Bravo Upfronts last night, it's safe to say that they will all be filming in a few weeks.

A member of LuAnn's camp tells Rob, “It’s cruel to invite the entire family to a party and deliberately leave out a few.  What makes it even more upsetting is Bravo has invited Carole Radziwill. Plus Sonja Morgan will film the Bravo summer commercial, but the rest of the New York cast have been excluded.”  As for Sonja, sources later confirmed that she has NOT been asked to film any Bravo commercials…at least not at the moment.

The sad pal continues, “It is so upsetting to have worked for a company for many years and to be told nothing. They didn’t have the decency to pick up a phone and say you are getting fired.  We are all keeping our schedules open in case we still have our jobs but it’s time we were told the truth and allowed to move on with our lives. Although, it does hurt to know we have not been invited to the party.”  Is this "friend" of LuAnn's Jill Zarin?  Why would a friend worry about having a job with Bravo or keeping open a schedule?  Maybe rich people call their assistants "friends" to make them feel better…

Who knows, but I'm betting LuAnn can flush out another song filled with raw emotion!
