Well, well… this is quite the mess! Jacqueline Laurita is facing some assault charges. Dang!
Yesterday we reported that Johnny Karagiorgis wanted to press charges against Chris Laurita and Joe Gorga related to a brawl that took place during filming for Real Housewives of New Jersey! The Ridgewood NJ Police were investigating his side of the story and deciding whether or not assault charges were warranted. Well they've made a decision!
NorthJersey.com reports that Chris, Poison, and Jacqueline will be charged with "assault and terroristic threats" as a result of a Thursday ruling by municipal Judge David Pfund.

Judge Pfund determined that there was "sufficient probable cause" for the charges that were the cause of a bloody attack during the opening of Kim D's boutique Posche 2.
Johnny alleges the Lauritas and Poison attacked him claiming he made comments about their autistic son during the event. Johnny denies making comments about Nicholas.
Rumor has it Johnny was also trying to smuggle Melissa Gorga's very vocal ex-boyfriend Bryan "Bulldog" Bowen into the event so he could confront her about cheating with him while she was married. The entire brawl was captured by Bravo cameras who remained filming the entire time according to witnesses.
The Lauritas and Joe are attempting to file counter-complaints against Johnny for his role in the incident. Those complaints were not heard in Thursday's hearing. A cause hearing will be held next week for those counter-claims.
The case against the Lauritas and Joe will be forwarded to the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office. An initial hearing has been set for April 18.
The Lauritas are NOT having a good year with the business bankruptcy trial, the tax issues, the foreclosure, and now this! I guess they're getting a taste of Teresa Giudice's medicine. Lots of court activity for the RHONJ crew!
