Once upon a time there was a woman named Krayonce. She lived in a lovely home in Atlanta which she announced on national television that she owned. Of course, like most things Delusional Kenya, that turned out to be fib!
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star's landlord released a check proving that lady is a renter – and no shame in that, especially considering she relocated to Atlanta not for the love of one Walter Jackson as she claimed, but for reality television to resuscitate a dying career.
Unfortunately it seems that Kenya wasn't able to keep up with the rent payments, because her landlord told us EXCLUSIVELY that she is evicting Kenya for non-payment! Looks like ol' Kenya is about to be Gone With The Wind Homeless!
"She has been a horrible tenant with delinquencies that forced an eviction filing to get her to pay up," her landlord, Conya, shared with us!

This is not the first time Kenya has been in hot water with her landlady – this is the second time she has began the eviction process with Kenya. "She is refusing to vacate! She avoided 1st filing and exposure by paying all fees and late rent," the land lord shares, but now Kenya is delinquent again and owes over $2500!
Shedding more light on the situation, a source tells RadarOnline, “The sheriff’s department posted the notice on Kenya’s home last Thursday but she still doesn’t know that she has been evicted because she hasn’t been home yet."
Fulton County court documents detail that Kenya has failed to make a full payment in months! In May she was $848 short and "defaulted on the terms and conditions of the lease" because of the non-payment.
Another neighbor refers to Kenya as the "neighbor from hell". Apparently since Krayonce moved into the neighborhood she has neglected the home she is leasing to the point that neighbors are furious!
“Owners are concerned that the value of their properties are going down because she has not maintained the landscaping, nor the pool, has even storied furniture outside and her dog is always on the loose,” the source explains.
Additionally there is some speculation about whether or not Kenya had the homeowner's permission to film in the home for RHOA as her landlord is upset about the "unwanted attention" the show has brought to her property!
Kenya has until June 7th to answer the complaint and pay up! Maybe she can borrow some dough from the very rich Ms. Leakes!
