The 23 year old told TMZ that Brandi fired her this weekend – via text message. How professional. "I no longer work for Brandi. She texted me [Saturday] saying that I didn’t do my job by losing the dog." The assistant is upset because she feels she did all she could to keep the dogs safe. She also added that Brandi owes her $1,000, which Brandi says is in the mail.

Brandi stuck by her gut feeling that the girl lost the dog and was too afraid to fess up. She told TMZ "I did what I had to do. If I can't trust her with my dogs, how can I trust her with my kids?" Wait. Was this an assistant or a nanny? Most assistants don't babysit, do they?
I still want to know if Brandi filed a police report in all of this? Take any pictures of the torn screen? Anything? It all seems odd.
Brandi still hasn't found Chica, but she did pick up a new pup for her boys and for her poor lonely dog, Sugar. She Tweeted, "We have a new family member until Chica comes back to us. His name is Chico." It sounds as though she's just fostering the dog until Chica is found.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star also vented about someone taking down her missing dog signs. "This bitch that is taking down my dog signs is very lucky to be breathing at the moment. If my kids weren't with me it was about to be ON".
TELL US – IS THE ASSISTANT'S STORY FISHY? SHOULD BRANDI HAVE FIRED HER WITHOUT HARD PROOF?
