Phaedra Parks gave birth to her second son on May 8th. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star has kept out of the public eye since then and hasn't yet revealed the name of her new addition. Phaedra was three-weeks early and gave birth via emergency c-section so no wonder she's recuperating out of the spotlight.
Well now that she has her new spinoff, Rich People Problems, to promote and an upcoming book, Secrets Of A Southern Belle, Phaedra is out of hiding and dishing on RHOA drama, her behavior last season, and a certain someone's upcoming wedding!
Phaedra shares that of course some of her colleagues reached out to her post-birth. "Kandi [Burruss] and Todd came to the hospital," Phaedra tells TooFab. "Cynthia [Bailey] has talked to me several times since giving birth. And Porsha [Stewart] sent a wonderful gift."

As for NeNe Leakes – she surprised Phaedra in a different way! NeNe "hasn't reached out," Phaedra revealed. "But I did just receive an invitation to her wedding." I suspected – these two reunited and the issues with NeNe's sisters are going to be a part of the show! "I plan to attend. I like NeNe but she doesn't always like me," Phaedra hinted.
One person Phaedra does not like – pretend or otherwise – is Kenya Moore! "Last season on the show, we saw a lot of bad behavior. On reality TV in general, you see a lot of bad behavior," Phaedra says. "Sometimes you wonder, are people acting badly because they just don't know better, or because they're just bad people?" She plans to address that issue in her upcoming book.
"I wanna be optimistic and think that people might not know the rules and how to conduct themselves," Phaedra adds. As for Kenya, they are not friends. "I only met her when she joined the show," Phaedra explains – and all that bad behavior was too much!
Phaedra also admits that sometimes she behaves badly as well. "No one is ever perfect," she says of accidentally dropping an F-bomb last season and getting into some ruthless arguments with Kenya.
"Being a southern belle is a daily journey, you're not going to act right all the time. When I dropped the f-bomb, that's not something I use all the time. I was just so agitated. Everybody knows how to act well, and everyone knows how to act badly."
Oh and finally – Phaedra reveals that the sixth season of RHOA starts filming in TWO WEEKS! Oooohhh… here comes more drama!
