Kenya Moore Says Eviction Proceedings Are Not Over; Confirms She’ll Be At NeNe Leakes Wedding!

Celebs leave their hotel for Bravo Upfronts

Kenya Moore is firing back at her landlord today, sharing that the eviction is bogus and their day in court is yet to come!

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star called in to the Wendy Williams show to dish her side of this eviction debacle.  Kenya claims that Conya is full of it and she has indeed paid her the amount owed..and then some!

Kenya tells Wendy, "we never got notice of our court date, so that's (the eviction) going to be overturned. We'll have another court date, so it isn't over 'til the fat lady sings."  She shares how much money has been paid to her landlord for the rental, "secondly, this is absolutely absurd. I've paid this woman nearly $52,000 in rent and she has a $6,000 security deposit. I have paid her May rent and paid her June and my lease is up in three weeks.  So, this whole thing is absolutely ridiculous."

Wendy asks Kenya why the landlord is out to get her.  And the true Krayonce comes out.  "Well, I don't know if it's necessarily so personal.  It gets a little complicated.  She's taking her ex-husband back to court. I can't help it if I live a fabulous life and she can no longer afford to be in the house."  Wendy then asks "is she prettier than you?"  Kenya offers to post a picture of the landlord on Instagram.

Kenya addresses the rumors that Conya was coming in and out of the home without notice.  Wendy tells her that she was surprised to hear that Kenya didn't change the locks when she moved in? I don't know where Wendy's renting, but I've never changed the locks on a rental.  In fact you aren't supposed to so the landlord can get in to do repairs, etc. (with notice, of course), but maybe that's just my experience and not the norm?

Kenya shared, "When I didn't get out when she wanted me to, she is supposed to give me 60 days notice, I have no problem leaving. I don't want to be anywhere that I'm not wanted. It was like every day she was coming in and out of the house. It has gotten really crazy.  I almost had to get a restraining order against her, that's how scared I was. We had cameras on."

"This will be over next week and losers never win and she will know ..don't come for me unless i send for you."

On to more important matters, like weddings and casting rumors.  On getting an invite to NeNe's wedding: "of course I'm invited!  NeNe LOVES me!"  This explains NeNe requiring those NDAs at the wedding!

On the rumors that Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star Joseline may be joining the show next season, Kenya laughs, "I highly doubt it. We're a different show."
