TMZ has the good news for the Z-lister…she won't be doing any jail time after she agreed to a plea bargain.
After she was charged with misdemeanor battery, Nia was looking at a potential year in prison…and it's not like she had much of a defense considering it was all caught on film for the show!
Luckily, Nia was able to make a deal with prosecutors who offered her a year's probation, thirteen weeks of anger management, and a $645 fine. Oh, and the icing on the cake? Nia can't go near Jennifer…and she has been ordered to write her an apology letter. Where can we read that gem?
