Real Housewives Of Miami’s Karent Sierra’s First Foreclosed Home To Be Sold At Auction On August 27!

11th Annual FedEx/St. Jude Angels and Stars Gala - Inside

From what I've observed, if you're going to be a Bravo housewife, your future can take three possible paths—or any combination of the three, which takes serious talent (Kim Zolciak Biermann has pulled off the triple crown of housewives).  These ladies either get their own spin-off, create their own pink, bubbly, wine cooler-ish alcoholic beverage, or lose their homes (granted Kim's was a rental) while attempting to live outside their means.

The most recent reality star to fall into the third category is Real Housewives of Miami's Karent Sierra.  Both of her Miami homes are being foreclosed upon by the lender with one being sold at auction as early as next month.

According to Gossip Extra, the home Karent co-owns with her mother in the Westwood Lake area of Miami as well Karent's home are being foreclosed upon by Florida Community Bank.  The Westwook lake property will be sold to the highest bidder on August 27.

The lender, who holds the mortgages on both homes was awarded a judgment for $1.05 million (chump change, right?), which includes principal, back interest, and fees.  After Karent's house goes through foreclosure, it will also be sold so the bank can recoup at least a portion of its investment.

Karent's home is 1,200 square feet (no wonder they always featured her parents' home on the show!) and assessed for only $137.089.  it seems that Florida Community Bank is only going to get back pennies on the dollar in regard to what Karent owes.

The third season of RHOM returns on August 12, and with Karent not returning, she won't have the added Bravo income.  Girlfriend better start filling those cavities super fast!

TELL US-ARE YOU SHOCKED THAT KARENT'S PROPERTIES ARE BEING FORECLOSED?
