On the heels of the news of Teresa and Joe Giudice's multiple indictments, Tre's former co-star and table flip victim Danielle Staub is making sure the same thing doesn't happen to her.

Danielle filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy last summer, claiming that she was close to $1,000,000 in debt. However, when she had to disclose her assets for creditors, she allegedly didn't share ALL of the necessary information.
According to TMZ, legal documents were filed last month against Danielle for trying to hide money from the government. Instead of going the route of the Giudices, she admitted her wrongdoing and coughed up $35,000 to pay creditors and avoid the kind of legal drama facing Tre and Joe.
