I love Maury. I know I'm not alone. And since they'll never actually be a celebrity edition of the infamous paternity test shows, I guess we'll have to settle for the next best thing with a tabloid-waged Kardashian baby daddy drama. Yum!
Last week Kourtney Kardashian's alleged ex-lover Michael Girgenti, a model whom she had done a photoshoot (and much more) with years ago had filed a suit against her claiming he was Mason's biological father.
Michael claimed Kourtney and Scott Disick were experiencing one of their infamous relationship snafus when Kourtney got frisky with him to the tune of unprotected sex. And nine months later out popped little Mason, whom Michael wages looks identical to him. He demanded that Kourtney take a paternity test to see if he is the biological father of the three-year-old.

Well, Michael's hopes of boarding the Keeping Up With The Kardashians gravy train have been dashed because the results are in and Scott is the father! "After three-and-a-half years of rumors and lies being spread by an individual I met briefly at a photo shoot, I am setting the record straight that Scott is Mason's father," Kourtney told E! News. "While it saddens me to have to address these ridiculous lies—especially when the truth was never in doubt—this story must be put to rest."
Unfortunately Michael is not giving up the ghost! He is now insisting the results were fabricated because he is positive that he is Mason's true father. Dude – let it go; they're not gonna write you a check!
“We don’t trust the results and believe it could have been fixed,” a spokesperson for Michael told RadarOnline. Michael is adamant that he is “still going to court to fight for court ordered results.”
Kourtney and Michael are due in court next month for a hearing. I anticipate this will be a storyline on KUWTK which is still filming despite being on the air for over a month!
