Despite Josh McKee and Mackenzie Douthit's relationship woes on Teen Mom 3, they're married now – and Mackenzie, 19, is pregnant again.

Teen Mom fans had a negative reaction towards Mackenzie's pregnancy due to the fact that she suffers from type 1 diabetes, which presents many risks to both mom and baby.  In an attempt to defend her decision, Mackenzie tweeted, "If your doctor told you your body would no longer be able to have babies after the age of 21 and you're married and 19, what would you do?"

In the end, Mackenzie's declaration brought even more negative attention to her situation, as most didn't believe a doctor would put a time limit on when she could safely become pregnant. Well guess what – now Mackenzie admits her pregnancy wasn't planned and doctors warned her against becoming pregnant again. Ever. PERIOD.

Speaking to Life & Style, Mackenzie reveals she's nervous and scared about this pregnancy. She's expecting a little girl this time. "My blood sugar was doing really good when I first got pregnant with Gannon and then they weren't doing so well when I got pregnant this time,"  says Mackenzie.  "That might make the end result more difficult for her, so I am a little nervous with this one."

Mackenzie continues, "I have to be strong for her and let her know it's okay," adding, "Stressing out is going to put stress on her. There is worry about what could go wrong in the back of my mind, but I have to remind myself that God is in control."

Mackenzie admits she got pregnant against medical advice. "I'm very scared," she says. "My doctors didn't want me to go through this again, but really if you look at it in the long run, it's way better to have kids young while my body's still somewhat healthier than waiting until I was older." Oh my… this girl shouldn't be allowed to make adult-like decisions.

"I had to give up a lot to have this baby," concludes Mackenzie. "But it's time to live for my family and that's who I am now – I'm a wife and I live to make Gannon and Josh happy."  BUT – at what cost?  For everyone's sake, I hope and pray Mackenzie safely delivers a healthy baby in a few months.
