Well, I'd like to say Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville was drunk when she recently tweeted about Vanderpump Rules' Scheana Marie (I mean, is that really her name?), but the tweet was composed at 9:42 A.M. Of course, this is Brandi, and perhaps she was at a super early brunch with bottomless mimosas…
On Friday morning, Brandi tweeted, "I really wish a certain pare shapes bugged eyed "COCK" tail waitress would stop riding my coat tails." Yes, pare shapes. I wonder to whom Brandi could be referring? While Scheana seems to be the obvious target for Brandi's twitterhate, she's hardly using Brandi's celebrity to bolster her own–she doesn't need to. She has her tooth surgery story to garner attention. No, I'm serious.

Taking a page from the bottom feeders reality stars playbook, Scheana is talking to anyone who will listen about how horrible her whole tooth issue has been. This time around, Wet Paint has taken the bait and given her a platform to discuss the horrific ordeal that still brings her to tears…her oral surgery. Shudder.
Of the accident, Scheana shares, “Last August, in 2012, I was at a restaurant with Stassi [Schroeder]. For what it’s worth, I hadn’t even been drinking. I had water all night. But the floor of the restaurant was wet and as we were making our way out, we both slipped on it. I fell on my knees at first, but when I went to lift myself up, the floor was so wet my hands slipped out and I smacked my face flat against the floor.” I buy that don't you? Out in L.A. with Stassi and no alcohol? Sure, we'll go with that…
Schaena continues, “I broke both of my two front teeth and chipped the two other teeth on each side. There’s blood everywhere and I’m screaming and panicking and I had no idea what to do. I knew I couldn’t go to the emergency room because it was a dental issue, so I stayed awake all night and sat in bed crying. First thing in the morning, my boyfriend drove me to the dentist.”
She's had three surgeries since her spill, one leaving her with an infected tooth root, explaining, “The infection ate away at the root. I had to have an emergency extraction or I would I have ended up in the hospital.” Scheana will still have to be fitted for a bridge. She is one brave, brave gal. Now, I realize that oral surgery is no fun (I only lost 3 teeth the old fashioned way as a child, the rest were extracted, I've had gum surgery twice and two other oral surgeries), but geez! Does she want a medal?
Of course, what hurt worse than Schaena's surgeries was the fact that Stassi didn't seem to care. Scheana recalls, “She was there with me the night it happened. She saw my terror and all the blood. She knew how traumatized I was. To not call me after the first surgery, it really upset me. Be a friend, pick up the phone! I don’t see us ever being close to best friends again.” Um, sweetie, y'all were never close to best friends.
