Shame on the Grinches who tried to rain on the Shannon-Thompson's Christmas spirit! Not everyone agrees with me, but the Here Comes Honey Boo Boo family could teach lessons on the importance of giving back and not letting reality stardom go to one's head.
Each year, the family known for 'sketti and forklift foot puts on an insane display of Christmas lights, gathers to meet fans, and asks for canned goods and toys to donate to a local charity. They even sell merchandise from their show with the proceeds benefiting the charity. You can't get more down to earth than that! Are you paying attention, Kardashians?

This year, however, some severe bah humbugs thought it would be funny to prank the event by dismantling several of the light strings that adorn Mama June and Sugar Bear's yard. June took to facebook to vent.
She wrote, "I going to make a announcement and it very much saddens me to say this but whoever thought it would b cute take out 50 or so bulbs from our walk way in the back we don't appreciate it one bit we r just getting in the house from fixing them. We as a family spend hundred of hours and several hours into our display every year to share with people and live in Sugar Bear's mom's tradition so we love meeting our fans and different people coming out to see our display and sharing it with y'all but like I say 100x a night, please have respect for other people and that means us too….okay, on a side we will b out tonight (Sunday) meeting everyone again…doing Santa…snow cones/hot chocolate…the human snow globe and meeting and taking pics with everyone."
Personally, I think it's awesome what June and her family do for their community. Whoever took those bulbs needs to stop being an asshat and remember what the holidays are really about!
