Well, we all know that Real Housewives of New Jersey can be slightly, um, polarizing, right? In general, I think fans have the strongest feelings for this group of women, whether they are loyal to the core fans or staunch haters. The ladies of the Garden State can certainly bring out the emotion in their viewers!

That was made abundantly clear recently when a local restaurant allowed Bravo to film scenes for the show. The Fresco Montclair was hoping that posting photos of filming on its Facebook page would bring with it some publicity…and boy did it!

The restaurant got more than it bargained for when it shared the news of Teresa Giudice and Dina Manzo of RHONJ dining at its tables. As soon as the status posted, the page was inundated with comments…most of which weren't what was expected, I'll bet.  Unfortunately, the pictures and the status were quickly taken down, but we here at RT are quick to the punch and were able to scoop up a few juicy statements (and the photos!) before they were deleted.

One patron wrote, "That makes me not want to go to the restaurant." However, another poster countered, "Any advertising is good advertising … Fresco doesn't have to agree with what RHONJ does.. They serve up great food and that's great 'celebs' want to eat there, no matter who they are!"

Finally, one wise soul wrote, "I don't know if this will be good advertisement Fresco…I would delete this." Sounds like the restaurant took this guy's advice!
