One thing we can always count on is for Kenya Moore to bring the drama and shade to The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Kenya took to her blog this morning to talk about her dad, her new car and not feeling sorry for Porsha Stewart.
Last night we met Kenya's dad, who is just as strongly opinionated as she is. She defends his outspoken way, "I was excited to see my dad as I hadn’t seen him in years. My dad always speaks HIS truth. Sometimes it can be off-putting, polarizing, and misunderstood but underneath it all has a heart of gold and would do anything for his family. Sound familiar?".
Kenya also claims she can dish out shade and take it, too. She also defends her new car, "Oh and yes, I can take their [NeNe & Cynthia] jokes and their shade they throw out at me — it works both ways. Note to Cynthia, last I checked a brand new Bentley GTC is a $225,000 car so that must be a lot of ass…DVDs to sell! LOL! I’m blessed to have a dream car in my driveway and regardless of how or by whom it was purchased, I’m proud and blessed that I am self-made and can afford to drive whatever I please and my name is on the title."

She gave NeNe a hard time about starring Kandi's play and doesn't buy the "busy" excuse. "I encouraged her to participate, as it may only be 2 weeks of her time. Having said that, even if NeNe feels she is in a place in her career that she wants to make a business decision not to act in Kandi’s play, we can only respect that. Business is business. However, keep it real… Don’t say it’s because you are “busy.” Being busy shopping doesn’t count."
Kenya doesn't have sympathy for Porsha's divorce situation and slams her for the nonsense surrounding it. "when I hear one call their ex all kinds of gay queens, wanting to keep their ex’s last name after they’ve slandered them, wanting a big divorce settlement after 2 years of marriage with no property and no children together, having employment of your own, or stating they will come back if the money is right and if he deals with his demons. These blaring oxymoronic statements and feelings have strained my tolerance for this constant display of unsubstantiated emotional fragility. Therefore, I don’t have a lot of sympathy towards the situation."
I think this is one of the reasons I love Atlanta – there's drama, but it's never as dark and doesn't drag on and on like some of the other cities. It's a little more lighthearted and there's a lot of humor! It's how reality TV should be: FUN (with a side of crazy).
