The Real Housewives of Orange County star Heather Dubrow had a lot to get off her chest tonight when she stopped by the Watch What Happens Live!  Heather addressed everything from plastic surgery, fake stories in tabloids, her former co-stars and much more!

The first question out of the gate was a fan wanting to know if the story out there was true claiming that Heather took her eight year old daughter to get her legs waxed.  Is it true and isn’t she worried it’s sending a poor message? Heather blasted, “This came out in Star magazine.  First of all it came out on Star.com and Terry and I Tweeted about the fact that it was not a true story and no one fact checked, no one called.  They took the story but as I was landing in New York last night, I opened Star magazine and there’s an article there.  First of all, my daughter is twelve, not eight. Second of all, it is unconscionable and across the line to take kids and put them in these situations.  I’m sorry, they have just really, it’s the lowest of the low and I really do expect a retraction and an apology from Star magazine.”

Heather gets another fan question – wanting to know why she’s talking so much about how much she’s spending.  “It’s because we’re working on the house. Here’s the bottom line.  Look, we’re on this reality show.  And if you’ll notice, I don’t go up to Tamra and go, ‘hey guess how much money I spent on this sink.’  You see these interviews we do and it’s supposed to be what’s going on in our brain.  You see me talking to my husband, that’s my reality, you’re getting the peek at it and peek into the world.  That’s what we’re talking about.  And I’m sorry, if you don’t like it, fast forward through that part.”

Andy and Jill wanted Heather to share how big their house is since they’re New Yorkers that are used to super small spaces. She fessed up that it’s 22,000 sq. ft and they plan to be moved in by December.

In another “rant” (I hate to call it that because she wasn’t pissy or anything, she was just doing some “setting the record straight” work), she addressed a fan who asked if she had some work done because she looked softer and the best she’s ever looked.  I’ll agree with that last part.  Heather’s hair and makeup were on point tonight!  She did have a “softness,” and I think part of it was the lighter brown highlights in her hair and the soft waves.  She had this to say, “I’ve had nothing done. And I just would like to say this, my two best friends from college are here with me tonight, they’ve known me since I’m like 16.  I haven’t had any plastic surgery done, so you can believe what you like.”  Andy tells her they’ve gotten a lot of Tweets that Heather had her nose done.  She yells out “I’ve never had my nose done!! I actually have this bump, right here – feel this (she says to Andy, leaning over), that I’ve always wanted Terry to shave and he won’t do it!  Go look at my parents, I haven’t had anything done. Sorry!”

Another caller asks Heather how she feels about Shannon and David putting their problems out there (he then says ‘I know Andy loves trainwrecks’, which makes Andy do an incredulous sort of face) and asks if she thinks that makes David drink more so he can deal with Shannon.  “Wow, that was a lot of questions.”  Andy interjects, “I don’t love trainwrecks! I just want to clarify.”   Heather continues, “I think it’s incredibly strong and courageous of Shannon and David to put their real life out there and I think that they will be helping so many people by showing real life and what they’re going through.  I’m not sure I could’ve done it, but my hat’s off to them.”

Andy says he admires Shannon because she said she was all in regarding doing the reality show and she really means that.  Heather gives her a lot of credit, sharing that it took her four seasons of filming before she was finally comfortable.  Andy says he doesn’t think they’re train-wreck-y, “she’s showing what’s really happening and maybe she’s helping someone who is going through this now.”  Heather chimes in, “and that is the show, it’s peeking through the curtains and seeing what’s going on in someone else’s life and it’s not always clean and rosy.”

Andy asks if Heather knew at the time they were shooting if she knew what was going on.  “Um, to be appropriate to Shannon, I just feel like what she chooses to show and not show, tell or not tell, that’s her business.”

A caller asks Heather if she misses Alexis Bellino or Gretchen Rossi the most?  “I think they’re both great girls and I’m not saying this just to be politically correct, I really don’t miss anyone.  I feel like everyone has a life on the show.  I have a life and I will have an end to the show.  When your storyline is over, it’s time to move on and the show evolves.”

I have to note that Heather’s co-guest was Jill Kargman from Bravo’s new show “Odd Mom Out.”  Have you watched it yet?  I’m loving it so far.  This is the second scripted show that Bravo has done a good job with – the other being Girlfriends’ Guide to Divorce, which doesn’t come back for season 2 until like NOVEMBER!   I’ll keep watching their scripted shows but only if they keep cranking out fun reality TV, too!  😉
