Just days after the news was announced that Claudia Jordan was not asked back to the Real Housewives of Altlanta for next season, TMZ is reporting that the former “housewife” was injured Wednesday in a 6-car pileup on Interstate 20 in Atlanta. Claudia tweeted yesterday, “Got hurt today but glad we were able to walk away. It could have been so much worst. Thank God.”
Claudia, who came gunning for Nene Leakes on last season’s RHOA, sustained injuries of “whiplash” (cough, cough, code for: lawsuit) and drove with her friend to the hospital from the scene of the accident. Sources report that two cars collided in front of Claudia, whose friend hit the brakes, just before getting rear-ended by two cars behind them. Another car got involved in the mess, for a total of six vehicles.

In separate announcements this week, Bravo revealed that both Claudia and Brandi Glanville of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills have both been given their pink slips.

Some fans are rejoicing that the Bravo seems to be shaking things up in order to remove some of the “drama-starter” castmates from their rosters, hopefully assembling more interesting and affluent “lifestyle brand” women in their places. Although one or both ladies may come back to their separate franchises as “friends” of the housewives on future installments, E!News reports, ““It’s still too early to tell.”
In the mean time, Claudia has taken to social media to tweet about her car crash and recent firing, gaining sympathy from her fans. “Trust the timing of your life,” says an inspirational quote Claudia posted on Instagram just this morning with her telling comment, “Indeed.”
