Shannon Beador is trying to off-load her toxin-free OC mansion. After initially listing it for $12.99 million she has dropped the price by $1.1 million!
The Real Housewives Of Orange County star has been trying to sell the 13,306-square-foot Crystal Cove home for years. Shannon and husband David completed construction on the home in 2012, but by 2013 listed it on the market for $15.99 million.
Rumor has it when RHOC came a’knockin’ they persuaded Shannon to take the house off the market because Heather Dubrow‘s storyline was already about moving and building a new home. Plus Shannon will be Heather’s new neighbor once the Dubrow’s Crystal Cove mansion is competed.

After her first season ended Shannon and David put their home back on the market – significantly dropping the price to $12.99 million. Apparently the custom-designed house – which has crystals installed in the walls (to ward off bad juju) – wasn’t filled with love and happiness because Shannon then discovered David’s affair!
Shannon hasn’t revealed where they hope to move or if they’re currently building another massive spread, but presumably she’s hoping to ditch the four-story homeopathic house sooner than later. Featuring peek-a-boo ocean views, Shannon and David’s home sits behind wrought-iron gates and boasts three-quarters of an acre worth of land, plus has six bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, and a 1 bedroom, two-bath guest house.
There is also a subterranean indoor basketball court and underground parking to accommodate 11 cars. No wonder David and Shannon became so disconnected.
The OC Register reports that last week an 11,878-square-foot home in the same community, which boasted panoramic views of the ocean, sold for $17.5 million. Heather sold her original mansion for $16 million and some change. Meghan Edmonds and her hubby just bought their own new mansion, but they’re playing in a very different ballpark...
Moving on – tonight the ladies of the OC are in Tahiti to relax and rejuvenate. NOT!!!!!! Now in Moorea, the place of dubious pronunciation, the ladies get into it over Meghan’s comments about her step-children. After the drama – and swimming with sharks – Tamra, Vicki, and Shannon have dinner without Heather and Meghan, where the topic of conversation is Meghan!
