Kenya Moore Admits She ‘Could Have Taken The High Road’ With Sheree Whitfield

Kenya Moore dishes on her spat with Sheree Whitfield

The showdown that began this week on The Real Housewives Of Atlanta between Kenya Moore and Sheree Whitfield has been all that the ladies have been chatting about. Well, that and the Peter and Cynthia debacle, but more so, Sheree and Kenya. Sheree already dished her thoughts, claiming that she was not responsible for starting anything, but it was all Kenya’s fault.

Meanwhile, Porsha Williams agreed, adding that Kenya Moore could have handled things differently, and guess what? According to Moore herself, she “could have taken the high road,” but she chose not to. Classy as always.

We know exactly what you are thinking, “What is this high road that you speak of?” After all, this is the Real Housewives of Atlanta, where taking the high road is pretty much nonexistent. And that was certainly the case for Kenya Moore recently, when she started a spat with Sheree Whitfield. No, we’re not trying to point fingers, just stating what Kenya herself admitted to.

PORSHA WILLIAMS SOUNDS OFF ON SHEREE WHITFIELD AND KENYA MOORE’S ALTERCATION

In fact, on her recent Bravo blog entry, Moore attempted to clear the air on what went down. “Now, I don’t count someone else’s money. However, Sheree chose to purchase an existing home and tear it down to then build a custom 16,000+ square foot mansion with cash — and that’s her business. With that said, it becomes the City of Atlanta’s business when the build takes over four years, making it an eye sore for the neighbors and a nuisance by bringing property values down,” Kenya stated.

And that’s when she also admitted the to what we already knew, going on to write, “When I stated the obvious ongoing issues, Sheree took to unnecessary jabs at my home. Things escalated from there because I touched on a sensitive subject. We are both strong women and prideful. I could have taken the high road and simply offered to start a Kickstarter campaign for her to finish building her house. Sheree came for me…what did you expect from Twirl?”

Wow, thanks for at least admitting that Kenya. As for what took place with Cynthia and Peter, Kenya said, “I was annoyed with Peter and disappointed that he would joke about the pain and humiliation he caused Cynthia,” adding that she felt foolish for even defending Peter. Ah, such a good friend Kenya is. Something tells us we’re in for a good season, don’t you think?
