Anyone who watches Vanderpump Rules knows that Jax Taylor has his faults – plenty of them – but who knew that one his shortcomings is color blindness?
Thankfully for Jax, two of his costars, Scheana Marie and Ariana Madix, got him a super thoughtful gift to combat this problem.

So what did Ariana and Scheana get for Jax? They got him special glasses from EnChroma “that improve color vision for people who have red-green color blindness.” They look like regular sunglasses which is both discrete and cool.
Jax was so excited about the present that he put up an Instagram post about it (of course), with a pic of him wearing the sunglasses and holding balloons that are all different colors (that he can see now!).

In the caption, Jax wrote, “Thank you @ariana252525 and @scheanamarie for probably the best gift ever – the gift of seeing color, thanks to @enchroma I can actually see color!! Like a whole new world. Being color blind sucks, but not anymore!!”
The gratitude was cute, but the shameless promotion with the #pumprules hash tag was a little much for me, but I half expected that.
