There’s no word on whether Danielle Staub will get promoted to full-time Housewife for Season 9 of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, but it does seem like she and Marty Caffrey will have their wedding filmed for the Bravo cameras.
Danielle’s engagement didn’t make it into the regular season episodes last year, but the clip was shown during a Secrets Revealed episode after the reunion. During the reunion, Danielle also shared that Teresa Giudice would be one of her maids of honor (maybe she will flip a table before she gives a speech at the reception) with Melissa Gorga and Margaret Josephs serving as bridesmaids. Even if Danielle isn’t a Real Housewife for Season 9, she does have most of the full-time cast members in her wedding, so it wouldn’t be too surprising if it was filmed for the show.
An “insider” told Page Six, “They’re getting married May 5 on Bimini Island.” That same “insider” shared,“Bravo cameras will film it”- which is interesting since there weren’t any photos of Danielle filming with the cast during the trip to Oklahoma. Was she just busy that weekend? Or is she going to be featured as a Friend of the Housewives (again) instead of a full-time cast member?
A different source told Page Six, “they pushed the wedding up for the show so she could demand a bigger paycheck next season.” So I guess that does mean she’s back? Page Six also noted that Bravo didn’t get back to them for a comment. Nevertheless, with Teresa, Melissa, and Margaret in this wedding, it is very likely that the wedding will be featured on Season 9 in some capacity. Hopefully she makes it into the regular season instead of a random post-reunion episode full of random footage.
