Garcelle Beauvais Praises Kyle Richards For Being "Open To Listening And Receiving" Following Their Drama Over The Charity Donation

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills promised not to hold back on us this season. How do we think they’re doing? Since watching The Housewife and the Hustler I have been absolutely entranced with the tiny details shown during RHOBH. Since we all know the investigators are watching too, I wonder how editing will treat our dearest Erika Jayne.

On this week’s episode, there was a flashback to Garcelle Beauvais telling Erika about Tom Girardi being out on the town. With an elder-blonde! Is that the woman Erika doxxed? She sure is acting casual on camera if so. Other than the constant prying into Erika’s affairs, though, it seems no one is bringing much to the table as far as storylines are concerned.

In a recent Watch What Happens Live episode Garcelle sat down with Andy Cohen to discuss the season so far. The sit down lunch she had with Kyle Richards to clear the air after last years’ reunion came up during the conversation. That lunch could have been a tumultuous disagreement between Kyle and Garcelle over a bill-paying comment. Instead, it ended up being an easily resolved issue. Very early in the season, no less!

A clip of the interview was tweeted out and showed Andy asking, “Were you surprised, by the way, how quickly you and Kyle were able to get over everything that had happened last season?” Andy also said, “That was really grown, I thought. I loved that lunch that you had,” to which Garcelle replied “Thank you. Me too.”

Andy then added, “Your explanation was good. She was clearly very affected by what you said and she got it, and then you were both able to move on!”

Garcelle responded very warmly to Andy’s comments. She said, “That was the beauty of that lunch, is that, the fact that she was open to receiving and hearing. And then, once we got that, and I felt like [Kyle] genuinely didn’t do it intentionally, she didn’t understand the history.” I love an evolved conversation between these often chaotic Housewives for once! I know that may put me in the minority though.

Garcelle added, “That’s why we were able to move quickly forward, because she got it.” She also seemed to reflect on the moment genuinely content. She said, “Yea, I loved it.” Now that is some wholesome content!
