On the 6th episode this season titled “A Mask For Two Faces,” the ladies bask at a mask bash when Sonja hosts a masquerade ball. In addition, Cindy goes to the dentist with Jill in tow, but Jill adds some bite by offering way too much input. And Ramona throws a wine party, but gossip spills over.
Ramona Singertweeted earlier today, “2nite Jill gets caught lying to me on RHONYC. Tries to get the whole thing bleeped out! Happens @serafinagroup 4 my #RamonaPinotGrigio party.” Should be an interesting episode!
It airs at 10/9c on Bravo and a preview clip is below.
It seems Mob Wives star Renee Grazianois still working hard to break away from the mob princess mentality. This was witnessed on the most recent episode of the show when Renee called her ex-husband Hector Pagan Jr aka Junior for back up after a bar patron insulted her.
In a new interview with the HollywoodLife, Renee opens up about wanting to create a better lifestyle for both her and her 17-year-old son AJ Pagan, adding that AJ has inspired her to want to change. “I wouldn’t want my son to go to jail,” Renee says. “AJ is going in a completely different direction. He’s going to make himself a better life.”
Renee adds that she is tired of seeing AJ go through the heartaches of the mob lifestyle such as watching his father Junior possibly get locked up again. “It breaks me emotionally,” explains Renee. “Watching your child feel pain makes you angry, very angry. It’s probably harder than anything anyone has to do.”
Renee states that raising AJ has given her strength to become more independent. “I lived an empty life,” she admits. Now, “I’m trying to change my life and define myself outside of the way I was brought up.” Renee also adds that her renewed friendship with co-star Karen Gravano is helping her leave her old ways behind.
And speaking of Karen, she is now clearing up the rumor that she was ever in a witness protection program, which was sort of insinuated on the show no? Also talking to the HollywoodLife, Karen reveals that unlike her father Salvatore “Sammy the Bull” Gravano — former Gambino family underboss turned FBI informant — she was never in the witness protection program.
“People have it confused,” Karen says. “The way it was, this was my father’s life, it didn’t have to do with me. I didn’t understand why he cooperated, he felt John betrayed him. I thought it wasn’t my life. I was going to stand on my own — that’s why I didn’t go into witness protection.”
Karen then explains why she moved away from New York to Arizona. “I moved to Arizona because my family was there and I thought it was a better way to raise Karina,” Karen says of her daughter. “And my brother [Gerard Gravano] was in prison, so I helped raise his son as well.”
Karen states, “When my father got out of prison, he went into witness protection for eight months and moved to Arizona and joined my family… I was very reluctant to leave New York, [but] I missed my family and was fed up with the lifestyle in NYC. I moved there in 1997.”
As revealed on the show, Karen is now back living in Staten Island to both work on her book and clear her name.
Meanwhile, Mob Wives is proving to be a big hit for the ailing VH1 network. The premiere brought in close to 2 million viewers and the show continues to average a healthy 1.33 million viewers a week.

Jersey Shore star The Situation aka Mike Sorrentino is being forced to deal with an unpleasant situation this week as his father has spent the entire week publicly bashing him while also revealing his plans to release a tell-all book about him.
It all began on Tuesday when Frank Sorrentino released an explosive video accusing his son of abandoning his family after getting famous. “I ask you one f**king favor and you tell me to go f**king be like a regular f**king Joe Blow and go on welfare? No, my friend, I don’t do that,” said Frank in the video.
Frank made other allegations against The Sitch, including accusing him of getting fired from a job for receiving oral sex from a 40-year-old co-worker.
TMZ then reported yesterday that the main issue with Frank has to do with money… of course. One of Frank’s business associates tells TMZ that Frank had asked the Sitch for help in making his monthly medical insurance payments recently and that Mike refused. Sources claim that not only did Mike say no but he also told his dad to “move to Florida and go on welfare.”
Frank was apparently outraged by Mike’s refusal to help and decided to post the videos of himself slamming his son.
As for The Situation, 28, he is currently in Italy getting ready to start filming the 4th season of the Jersey Shore. He did however release a statement through his rep calling his father’s actions hurtful. Frank “has unfortunately decided to go public with some statements regarding Mike Sorrentino to garner himself media attention. Mike is extremely saddened by his estranged father’s actions and the Sorrentino family, Marc, Frank, Jr., Melissa and their mother Linda, remain united with Mike under these hurtful circumstances.”
As of today, Frank is now planning to release a tell-all book about his son titled Confrontation With Situation. Frank promises the book will reveal all about Mike’s life before hitting it big.
“I’m calling Mike on his sh*t,” Frank says in a press release. “I’ve covered up for Mike his entire life, and when I needed his help, he left me hanging. I think people should know what I know. Hardcore partying, drugs, sex, crime elements, you name it, it’s in there.” Frank also announced today that he now wants his own reality show. Yikes.
“More money, more problems,” – Bethenny Frankel on WWHL May 8, 2011.
First comes the success, then the lawsuits. On the heels of selling her Skinnygirl cocktail line for a reported $120 million, Bethenny Frankel is now being sued by her former manager for $100 million.
Her former management company is claiming they helped broker her pairing with the Skinnygirl cocktail brand only to be cut out of the mega deal that followed afterwards.
Los Angeles-based Raw Talent sued the Bethenny Ever Afterstar today in L.A. Superior Court. The company co-president Doug Wald alleges he met Bethenny in May 2008, while she was appearing on the Real Housewives of NYC. Bethenny then signed with APA on August 7, 2008 and orally agreed that day to retain Wald as her personal manager and pay Raw 10 percent of her earnings (she allegedly confirmed the relationship in an email sent the next day).
Wald claims he gave Bethenny advice on her Skinnygirl line and even hooked her up with her business partner/liquor industry veteran David Kanbar.
Oddly enough, Raw Talent admits Bethenny fired Wald in November 2008, days before signing her deal to develop and market Skinnygirl. Fast forward to today, and the brand has become a huge success. Seventeen months after Bethenny and David went into business together, they sold the company in March for a reported $120 million deal.
Raw Talent now claims its entitled to 10% of that deal, or an estimated $12 million. The company also wants $100 million in punitive damages to make an example out of Bethenny. The suit alleges causes of action for fraud, breach of oral contract and other counts. Neither Bethenny nor her reps have yet to comment.
TELL US – THOUGHTS ON THE LAWSUIT? DO YOU THINK IT HOLDS ANY MERIT?
Despite owing over $138,000 in back child support payments, it seems Slade has still yet to find a job. To make matters worse, the child in question is Slade’s son Grayson Smiley, who suffers from a rare form of brain cancer. Grayson’s mother Michelle Arroyois forced to deal with the piling medical bills as well as no financial support from Slade.
The court documents obtained by RadarOnline show that Slade stated his monthly income in 2010 was $416 a month, and in 2009, he had no income. And we have to ask, how can a man with a sick son go an entire year without working? Wowzers. Slade is still seeking to have his monthly child support payments to Michelle reduced from $3500.
“It appears he is currently living with his girlfriend,” the court papers stated. “The evidence shows that . . . in 2010 he earned $5,000 for participation in another television program.” Something tells us Slade is earning way more than just $5,000 to do the Real Housewives of OC. In fact, the OC Register reported last summer that Slade admitted in court that his Bravo payments were directed to Gretchen and re-directed to him to avoid mandatory deductions.
In the court papers, Slade also claims he is trying to find a job by attending numerous parties and social events with girlfriend Gretchen Rossi. Seriously folks. “(Smiley) testified regarding his various unsuccessful efforts to find work in the title insurance/real estate industry. He also testified regarding his various Facebook and Twitter entries showing his attendance at various public and social events. He essentially describes these activities as networking with the purpose of securing employment in the entertainment field.”
The judge has since ordered Slade “to expand his efforts beyond entertainment and title insurance/real estate, and to document his efforts by keeping a detailed log.” He is also required to contact at least five potential employers every two weeks.
And following the recent episode of the OC Housewives, in which Slade’s darling mother tried to convince him to try to get a real J-O-B, Gretchen is now defending her man via her recent Bravo blog. Below are excerpts from Gretchen’s blog this week in which she blames Slade’s depression about his son’s illness for his joblessness –
“When Slade’s son got sick, his focus was on keeping him alive and being with him. It went from working everyday to being in the hospital every day back then. This is something that Slade and I can truly relate to each other about. I did the same thing when Jeff got sick. I walked away from my thriving real estate career to be by Jeff’s side while he spent close to nine months in the hospital. When a family member gets sick, the only thing that seems to matter anymore is spending time with them and getting them well. Work certainly does not seem like a priority anymore. I honestly think Slade has just been so depressed about his son’s illness for a while now, and in some ways it has kept him from being everything he is capable of being. The medical bills seem endless, and it seems impossible to ever catch up with it all. When Slade realized that all his hard work of 18 years in the title business had been lost because of his time away with his son, I think his world crumbled financially, emotionally, and mentally, as you see him humbly address in this episode. It was a hard knock for him and a wake-up call.
The press and people stating that Slade is a deadbeat father is ridiculous. Just because a man can no longer pay $4,000 a month in support due to loss of a job and financial hardship does not make him a deadbeat father. Normally a man who is not present in a child’s life, doesn’t care, never sees them, neglects the child, or is abusive or demeaning to a child makes a deadbeat father. Let me be clear that financial inability to pay the same amount in child support due to external circumstances in no way makes a man a deadbeat father.”
Gretchen also goes on to blame the bad press as the reason Slade has yet to find a job. Yes, she did folks. “He submits resumes consistently to companies and has worked with head hunters, etc. Unfortunately the hard reality is that because of the false press that is out there, the second a employer googles his name an article stating that he is a deadbeat father is what they find,” wrote Gretchen. No word yet on when Gretchen will get tired of the constant embarrassment, stop thinking with what’s in between her legs, and start using her brain.
It was reported back in February that Slade’s drivers license was suspended on Jan. 8 due to the delinquent child support. And back in February of 2009, Slade was arrested for not paying his child support. He was released the same day after posting $10,000 bail.

According to the latest issue of the magazine, Taylor, 39, star of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, has finally left the icy Russell after 7 years of marriage. A source close to Taylor confirms the news to the mag.
“They’ve had huge marital problems related to finances,” the insider says of the couple, who were most recently seen together with daughter Kennedy, 5, at a May 7 Lollipop Theater Network event in California.
The news of a split doesn’t come as a surprise as their marital issues were well documented on the first season of the Bravo hit show which had Taylor comparing her marriage to a business arrangement. Plus reports came out months ago that the couple was undergoing marriage counseling.
The insider adds that the split has taken a physical toll on Taylor. “She’s emaciated — down 10, 15 pounds,” the source reveals. A report came out last month questioning if Taylor was anorexic after shocking new bikini photos of her came out showing a very skinny frame.
Meanwhile, the drama doesn’t end there for the RHOBH. While most of us assumed new housewife Brandi Glanville would be clashing with Lisa Vanderpump (Brandi’s good friends with Lisa’s former houseguest Cedric), it seems it is Kyle Richards who is clashing with Brandi on the show.
UsWeekly reports Brandi, 38 and Kyle, 42, have been “going at it” since filming began on season 2. “They got into a fight and Brandi lunged at Kyle,” reveals a source. “They had to be separated by producers.”
PEOPLE magazine is reporting that Brandi is “very happy” about joining the RHOBH and that “she really wanted to be on the show.” As for what we can expect on the second season, sources reveal Kim Richards is more assertive while sister Kyle has taken a more laid-back approach. Also, the entire cast has been more accepting of Camille Grammer, who clashed with Kyle on the first season.
TELL US – THOUGHTS ON TAYLOR LEAVING RUSSELL? ARE YOU SURPRISED? PLUS THOUGHTS ON THE CLASH BETWEEN BRANDI AND KYLE?
UPDATE – Taylor’s rep is now denying the split to PEOPLE magazine. A source states that while “their relationship is not without trouble… they’re still together.” The source also denies any financial difficulties. Only time will tell if the original Us Weekly story is true as US tends to be a reliable media outlet.
A week after we posted shocking new photos of Bristol Palin, which showed what appeared to be major plastic surgery on her face, the 20-year-old is now coming clean on her surgery.
In an exclusive interview with UsWeekly magazine, Bristol admits to having plastic surgery on her face, most notably her chin, but denies it was done for vanity reasons.
“It’s not plastic surgery,” she tells UsWeekly, explaining: “I had corrective jaw surgery” back in December 2010.
Bristol goes on to claim the chin implant corrective jaw surgery was needed for medical reasons. “Yes,” Bristol admits, “It improved the way I look, but this surgery was necessary for medical reasons…so my jaw and teeth could properly realign…I don’t obsess over my face.”
And how does Bristol feel about her new look today? “I am absolutely thrilled with the results,” she gushes. “I look older, more mature, and don’t have as much of a chubby little baby face!” Bristol also attributes a 5-pound weight loss to the drastic change in her looks.
New Jersey board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Brian Glatt told Reality Tea that not only did Bristol appear to have gotten a chin implant, but she also likely “had some liposuction of her neck area under her chin which has produced a much more defined jawline and lower facial area.”
As we reported yesterday, Bristol is currently gearing up to appear on a new reality show at the end of this year with fellow DWTS alum Kyle Massey.

Steve called Phillip crazy, because you know, he kind of is, and Phillip decided the word “crazy” was racist and equivalent to the n-word. Here’s to hoping Kelly Bensimon isn’t reading this and getting any ideas.
In a new interview with PEOPLE following his elimination on the show, the 51-year-old (he’s only 51?) former NFL Dallas Cowboys defensive tackle discusses his time on the show, how his faith helped him, and touches on the whole Phillip issue. Excerpts from Steve’s interview below –
Did you ever play up your “weakness” for strategy? No. I wear my feeling on my sleeve and if I was saying that I was feeling it, I was feeling it. But I’d also get out of it pretty quick; it just depends on when it was. It’s an emotional, physical, and mental roller coaster the whole time you’re out there. One minute you’re starving and the next you are saying, ‘Okay, I’m just not going to eat today.’ And you just deal with it and get over it. It’s pretty amazing just keeping the faith and setting short term goals and getting through it.
Does faith play a large role this season? God’s been a big part of my life and I attribute everything to God. Julie had walked away from God and was going through a really terrible time with her divorce and the foreclosure. Mike and I just spent time talking to her and she re-dedicated her life so it was a pretty big topic out there. Plus lying around all day and night, you really get in to what your soul is all about when you’re around each other 24/7. We were going through some pretty crazy and difficult times together and having faith just really helps a lot so we talked about it.
Phillip alluded to being in on the joke that he is “crazy”. Do you believe that? Any great actor couldn’t act it 24/7 for a month. The real you is going to come out sooner or later and its just really exposing him for who he really is. I highly doubt that he was a special agent or anything like that. I called him “crazy” and all of a sudden he thought that that meant the N-word. I just think he’s mentally and emotionally unstable and I think Jeff did a good job exposing it. I’ve gotten great response from my family, friends, and teammates. The guy is who he is. I think he’s just a few bricks short of a whole load. He’s a bit loony.
Meanwhile on tonight’s all new episode of Survivor, Andrea takes part in her first Redemption Island duel. Back at camp, one castaway plots making a big move that could prove to be costly. The episode airs at 8/7c on CBS.
