Kathy Ireland is the next star to be booted off Dancing With The Stars. She tells Usmagazine.com that she is “disappointed” about leaving DWTS this Tuesday.
“I would have loved to continue because it’s been such an incredible experience,” says the former swimsuit model who had one of the lowest scores on Monday night. In addition, Kathy says she enjoyed working with partner, Tony Dovolani for the past 6 weeks.
“What I’ve learned from him the past six weeks, I’ll carry with me forever,” says Kathy. “When I walk into a meeting, all I can say is, ‘Watch out,’ because Tony taught me to walk with confidence!” she continues. “I’ve got this power walk now! That’s going to be cool!”
Kristin managed to rub practically everyone the wrong way. The biggest conflict came when Kristin faced off against Audrina Patridge, who accused her of going after her on-and-off fling Justin Bobby.
In a new interview with USWeekly, Kristin dishes on Audrina and what she thought of the sixth season’s premiere episode. “I think that Audrina and Stephanie [Pratt] were very judgmental and just wrote me off right away without getting to know me,” Cavallari, 22, said on Tuesday at an event in West Hollywood.
Kristin however played coy on her reasons for going after Audrina’s ex, Justin Bobby, saying — “You’ll have to see it on the show” — revealing “the love triangle” gets “pretty dramatic” as the season progresses.
Something tells us Kristin went after Justin Bobby because the Hills’ script called for it. Kristin also manages to get a swipe in against Audrina when asked about what she thought of Audrina’s appearance, “I’m not commenting on her plastic surgery,” laughed Kristin.
After all the drama, Jon Gosselin may still be confused as to what he really wants. He recently told a tabloid magazine that he wants to restore his relationship with estranged wife, Kate Gosselin.
“I regret my conduct,” he says in an interview. According to the interview, Jon wants to suspend his divorce from Kate for 3 months in order to restore their relationship and communication. In a press release, Jon said: “I regret my conduct since Kate and I separated. I used poor judgment in publicly socializing with other women so soon.”
Even though It all sounds sincere, the only problem is Kate is unaware of his intentions according to RadarOnline. A source says Jon sent a letter through an arbitrator to be delivered to Kate. Another source reveals that Kate was both surprised and shocked to read about Jon’s intent to slow down the divorce process.
UPDATE — According to Radaronline, Kate has decided to go full speed ahead with the divorce despite Jon’s proclamation. “Kate sees no reason to wait and drag this out,” a source close to the situation says. “She doesn’t think Jon is being sincere in his comments. She thinks it’s all a publicity stunt.”
Tell Us: Is Jon sincere or this a plot to remain in the spotlight?
Even though Khloe KardashianandLamar Odom got married this past Saturday, they aren’t legally married, reports TMZ. Evidently, the couple has yet to obtain a marriage license.
In the case of Khloe and Lamar, they also need a postnup (instead of the prenup). Both of their attorneys started negotiations on Friday hashing out the conditions of the marriage. Lamar is reportedly demanding the prenup/postnup as a condition to legalizing the marriage. Attorney Neal Hersh is doing his bidding for Lamar, while Lisa Meyer is representing Khloe.
This is all starting to sound like a business deal about to go bad.
According to TMZ, the “newly wed” couple will tie the knot — legally — once the prenup is inked.
A lot of changes are occurring in the Gosselin family following the public divorce of Jon and Kate Gosselin after 10 years of marriage and eight kids.
On Tuesday, TLC announced that the show will be renamed Kate Plus Eight, beginning Nov. 2, reports US Weekly. As usual, the show will continue to focus on the lives of the young Gosselin twins and sextuplets, but will now also focus on Kate’s role as a single mother.
“Given the recent changes in the family dynamics, it only makes sense for us to refresh and recalibrate the program to keep pace with the family,” TLC president Eileen O’Neill said in a statement. “The family has evolved and we are attempting to evolve with it; we feel that Kate’s journey really resonates with our viewers.”
A source tells PEOPLE, “Given Jon’s recent antics, there was no way the show could continue to portray him as a doting Dad, not while all this other crap was going on.” Those recent antics include dating 22 year old Hailey Glassman, and the most recent one occurring this weekend when he decided to add Hailey’s name to the official Gosselin family website. Hailey’s name has since been removed.
The show’s rating continues to decline weekly. The show premiered with a whopping 9.8 million viewers but now has fallen to a season-low of 1.7 million.
Earlier this month, Kate appeared on The View as a guest host and recently filmed a pilot for a daytime talk show with Paula Deen.
“I’ve been given the gift of gab, so why not use it?” she said at a women’s conference earlier this month.
Jon was also reported to be shopping around for a reality show called The Divorced Dads Club, costarring Michael Lohan, among others.
Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli were joined by Moulin Rouge director, Baz Luhrmannin who took the place of Len Goodman on the Dancing with the Stars‘ panel on Monday’s show. The men and women danced together for the first time performing the quick step, the tango or the jive. These is a recap of the worst and best dancers of the night.
Tony Dovolani and partner Kathy Ireland’s quick step turned out to be a disappointment. “You’re so reserved,” Carrie Ann told her of the stiff performance. “You’re beautiful to look at but you have to be engaging,” Bruno said. After the dance, they were awarded one of the lowest scores of the night.
Tom DeLay and Cheryl Burke earned 18 points for their tango — even though the panel had plenty of positive comments for what Carrie Ann called an “oddly well-matched couple.” “I thought you had dignity and grace,” Baz said, while Bruno called the former Congressman, “distinguished” and “determined.”
On the other hand, Bruno could barely contain himself following Aaron Carter and Karina Smirnoff’s Muppets-themed quick step. “Spectacular, spectacular!” he shouted. They were awarded one of the highest scores of the night- an almost perfect 27 points.
Mya and Dmitri Chaplin tied Aaron and Karina for the night’s highest scores by dancing an exceptional and energetic jive, also earning them straight 9’s from the judges.
Here’s a full list of the scores:
Aaron Carter’s quick step: 27
Mya’s jive: 27
Donny Osmond’s jive: 25
Debi Mazar’s tango: 21
Mark Dacascos’s quick step : 21
Natalie Coughlin’s quick step: 21
Joanna Krupa’s jive: 20
Michael Irvin’s quick step: 20

Melissa Joan Hart’s jive: 19

Hailey’s name was placed in the “Meet the Gosselin Family” section of the site, sixgosselins.com.
“Please Note: Hailey Glassman does not have a Facebook account at all. Her official Twitter account is HaileyGlassman1 and Jon’s is JonGosselin1,” it now reads.
This is not a smart move on Jon’s part considering that both Kate and Hailey have been at each other’s throats.
After Kate Gosselin recently complained on “The View” that Jon introduced their young kids to Hailey, she used Twitter to shoot back, “I was never at Jon and Katezilla’s house nor did I meet the children.”
Mean while, Kate attended the 8th annual “Stars, Stripes and Skates ICEtravaganza” in Danbury, Conn., this weekend. Despite all the family drama, Kate says, she is doing great.
Asked how she is doing these days, she told Usmagazine, “Great, thanks.”
UPDATE – As of 09/29/2009, Hailey’s name is no longer on the site, likely due to all the backlash received.
It seemsKristin Cavallarihas good reason for joining the cast The Hills. 90,000 ones to be exact as a new report reveals she earns a whooping $90,000 per episode!
Kristin’s $90,000 per episode is however $10,000 less than what her co-stars Audrina Patridge, 24, and Lauren “Lo” Bosworth, 22, earn, as each rakes in $100,000.
As for the rest of the cast, Heidi Montag, 23, nets $100,000 an episode, while her douchebag husband, Spencer Pratt, 26, gets $65,000 an episode. They are both however able to make up to $30,000 for personal appearances. Lauren Conrad, who is no longer on the show reportedly earned a whopping $125,000 per episode during her heyday. Her deal stipulated that no other star’s salary could match hers. Brody Jenner earns the least at $45,000 a show.
