Kim, who is expecting child #3 with NFL player beau Kroy Beirmann, is said to have had an “extravagant” baby shower according to the TalkingWithTami blog. She wore a Rafael Cennamo dress with Guiseppe Stilettos at the baby shower which took place at the Grand Atrium in downtown Atlanta.
In attendance were Kim’s costarsKandi Burruss, Phaedra Parks and her hubbyApollo Nida, Kim’s assistant Sweetie Hughes. Also in attendance but not pictured were Sheree Whitfield and Cynthia Bailey. Not in attendance of course was Kim’s frenemy Nene Leakes who publicly stated last month that she is “not interested in seeing the baby, and I have no plans to send a gift.”
As for Kim, it seems she is unhappy with the release of these photos as she tweeted yesterday, “Wow I invite a “friend” to the shower and she releases pics to the press!! Unreal! Several others cud of but haven’t.”

In a new interview, Real Housewives of Miami star Marysol Patton displays some refreshing honesty when she candidly discusses the first season of the Bravo show and why it failed to impress some fans.
For starters, the show seemed to have all the makings of its successful Bravo counterparts, such as the catfights, dramatic dinners from hell, and even a party crashing incident, but for some reason, it just didn’t gel well together. The RHOM brought in pretty low ratings for Bravo, even lower than the Real Housewives of DC which was recently canceled.
“The ratings? I knew why that was happening,” said Marysol to the Daily Beast. “They literally told us 10 days before it aired that the show was going to air.” The Daily Beast however notes it was actually 19 days; with Bravo making the officially announcement to postpone the NYC Housewives in favor of the RHOM on Feb. 3. The Miami Housewives made its debut on Feb. 22.
“We got one week’s promotion,” Marysol continued. “All the other shows get two months of, ‘It’s coming, it’s coming, it’s coming!’ What kind of following can you get when there’s only one of advertising?”
And Marysol, who owns a PR company, wasn’t happy with the very short time they had to promote the show. “When we were told, all of a sudden everyone in [my] office froze. We looked at each in awe, like, What are we going to do? We looked at each other like, Why do we all feel so paralyzed? I didn’t know what to do. We had to let Bravo do their thing, I couldn’t go gang-busters doing my own PR. So I had to sit back and watch… We were all frozen and frustrated.”
Marysol also points out what has been widely reported which is that the show was not intended to be a housewives series. In fact, she reveals when she was first approached by Bravo to do the show, it was sold to her as an untitled project “about women in business and philanthropy.”
“It wasn’t supposed to be a Housewives show,” said Marysol adding that Bravo considered different titles such as Miami Caliente and Miami Chicas. “So they did a lot of work scenes, which got cut out.” And when the show finally aired, her storyline “was turned into romance and my mom.”
Marysol reveals she and her costars were told their show would become a Real Housewives series after filming wrapped. She adds that she wasn’t happy most of her work scenes were cut out, echoing the same sentiments of her costar Cristy Rice who stated she was disappointed Bravo failed to make mention of her boutique, which she has had for 12 years.
Despite everything, Marysol makes it clear she enjoyed the Housewives experience and most importantly her mom,Elsa Patton, who has become a fan favorite and now has her own twitter account, loves the attention that comes with the show.

According to PEOPLE, both Ali and her fiance Roberto Martinez (yes they are still shockingly together) were both involved in the mishap. “Ali and Roberto had a little mishap when their kayak capsized this weekend,” her rep confirms. “Ali was taken to the hospital and had five staples put in her head.”
Meanwhile, Ali tweeted about the accident. “Made it out of the ER w/staples in my head & a little less hair after falling out of a kayak. Scary stuff. Wearing a helmet next time,” she wrote later adding that she was more concerned with her mane “I think I freaked out more when the doctor cut my hair rather than when he put staples into my head. Lol. Very thankful to be ok.”
As for Roberto, he is fine with Ali’s rep crediting him for keeping “her calm” and taking “great care of her.” Ali is said to be “doing fine” as well.
PEOPLE also adds that Ali is currently planning her wedding to Roberto. The two have been together for close to a year, equivalent to about a decade in Bachelor years.
And speaking of theBachelor, weeks after it was reported that Brad Womackwas house hunting in Texas and wanted his fiance Emily Maynard to move in with him, a new report is now stating the two have broken up again and this time for good.
According to the Rumorfix, Brad and Emily are done and the break-up occurred early last week. The reason for the break-up? “Emily couldn’t put up with his little temper and all the fighting,” says a source. Brad’s ex-girlfriend Laurel Kagay had accused him of having a volatile temper and repeatedly breaking up with her only to get back together days later.
“They always were pretty on-again-off-again, but this time it’s a done deal,” the insider says. Adding more fuel to the fire is the fact that the couple hasn’t been photographed together since March 27.
The Bachelor producers are reportedly aware of the split and are now trying to come up with a plan for damage control. We’re guessing a ratings bonanza via a break-up sit down special with the two is in the works.

According to Star, Taylor has lost an estimated 20 pounds in less than two months with sources attributing her shrinking frame to her marital problems with hubby Russell Armstrong.
The photos that set off the anorexia fears were bikini photos of Taylor, 40, (posted below) taken earlier this month in Santa Barbara, showing her protruding rib cage and concave stomach.
Weight loss expert Dr Aaron Tabor, who does not treat Taylor, told Star magazine she is showing signs of muscle atrophy on her arms and chest. “She’s not getting enough protein in her body and is borderline anorexic,” he stated, estimating that she has dropped from a healthy 130lbs to 110lbs.
Meanwhile, a friend of Taylor’s tells Star that she is barely eating and that her problems with Russell are taking a toll. “She is bringing in most of the money for the household. He doesn’t seem to be giving her the respect and love she deserves,” the source said.
And while the couple is currently getting marriage counseling, the source doesn’t believe it’s doing much. “They are in therapy, but it doesn’t look like it’s helping,” the source added. More bikini photos of Taylor below.

Leading that pack is NFL player Hines Ward who earned the highest score of the night, a 27, for his smooth rumba set to “Proud to be an American.” Judge Len Goodman told Hines his rumba was his “best dance so far,” while Bruno Tonioli complimented him on producing “just the right amount of sensuality to make the ladies swoon. ” Hine’s score of 27 is the highest of the season so far.
And in what is emerging as one of the strongest seasons to date, three different stars tied for second place, each receiving a score of 26. Chelsea Kane, who led the leaderboard last week, received praises for her upbeat samba dance. “You have the energy of America but the sizzle of Brazil,” said Bruno. Romeo continued to show growth with his fox-trot and wrestler Chris Jericho impressed with his Viennese waltz. “I feel like we’ve underestimated you,” judge Carrie Ann Inaba told Chris.
Kirstie Alley remains in the middle of the pack with her score of 23 for her foxy foxtrot to “American Woman.” Luckily for Kirstie, the performance went off without any mishaps. And during rehearsals, Kirstie’s pal actor John Travolta aka ‘The Dance Doctor’ paid her and partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy a visit, giving them some playful words of advice.
As for Kendra Wilkinson, she tied for last place with two others after earning a score of 22 for her foxtrot to “Yankee Doodle” which also marked the show’s 1,000th dance. Following Kendra’s comments stating that she felt “belittled and embarrassed” after Carrie Ann told her she lacked elegance, her partner Louis van Amstel advised her to view the comments as constructive criticism and not an attack. Louis’ words of wisdom seemed to help with Kendra giving her best performance of the season. “This is the most confident I’ve ever seen you,” said Carrie Ann.
The scores from last night below –
Hines Ward & Kym Johnson: 27 Chelsea Kane & Mark Ballas: 26 Romeo & Chelsie Hightower: 26 Chris Jericho & Cheryl Burke: 26 Kirstie Alley & Maks: 23 Ralph Macchio & Karina Smirnoff: 22 Petra Nemcova & Dmitry Chaplin: 22 Kendra Wilkinson & Louis van Amstel: 22
And on tonight’s results show, airing at 9/8c, another star will be sent packing.
TELL US – WHO DESERVES TO GO HOME TONIGHT ON DWTS?
On the 8th episode this season titled “I Need Some Lovin’ From My Oven,” in the days leading up to Bethenny’s family Thanksgiving, the Hoppys head to Los Angeles for her first appearance on “Skating With the Stars.” While there, she squires Jason to her old haunts and scouts for homes for a possible move.
And in an interview with LA Times, Bethenny Frankel talks her new book “A Place of Yes” and what she plans to teach daughter Bryn about food and body image. Excerpts below –
Q: In writing “A Place of Yes,” what did you want to add to the dialog about success and self-help?
A: I wanted to talk about the power of positive thinking and that you don’t always have to know what you want — you can be on the road and you’ll eventually get there. It can be a circuitous route but if you stay the course you’ll eventually get there. You can’t assume anyone is smarter than you are, and sometimes you have to do things on your own without taking a democratic survey.
Q: You’ve been open about your past struggles with diet and body image. What do you want to teach your daughter Bryn when she’s older about having a healthy attitude toward food and her body?
A: We’ll incorporate it naturally into her life. I don’t think drumming it into a kid’s head is healthy. I don’t think it’s good to constantly talk about your own weight and the fact that you look fat in jeans. It’s better to be relaxed about it and have healthy foods around but not obsess about it.

Having been repeatedly criticized for her lack of elegance and well, all around lack of coordination, it seems Kendra has had it!
In an interview following Tuesday’s results show, Kendra took special offense to judge Carrie Ann Inaba’s comments about her lack of elegance. “We have our own definition,” said Kendra. “Elegance is what [my husband] Hank [Baskett] sees, not what Carrie Ann sees. That’s what I care about.”
Kendra then admits she felt “like giving up” following Carrie Ann’s comments. “Another woman telling me about elegance eats away at my ego,” she said. “I’m a huge Carrie Ann fan, and she’s [usually] so sweet, but that one comment – I felt belittled at that moment and embarrassed.” Wowzers. A new episode of DWTS airs tonight on ABC at 8/7c.
In other DWTS/American Idol news, the NY Post is reporting today that ousted AI contestant Pia Toscano, who is now more popular than ever thanks to her early departure on the show, forgot to break up with her boyfriend of 4 years Carlos Nunez before going on a first date with DWTS pro Mark Ballas.
A mutual friend of the couple tells the Post, “It seems inevitable to anyone with eyes. They hadn’t spoken as often as you’d think once she made the final 12. She kind of played a disappearing act.”
The friend reveals that problems in the relationship became more obvious when Carlos flew to Los Angeles to see Pia’s first ‘Idol’ performance but she could only find a “couple of hours” to be with him.
It gets even better as Carlos was reportedly with Pia’s family the day of her shocking elimination from Idol and even comforted her weeping family as they watched the telecast. The very next day, Pia and Mark were seen going on their first date.
Just two weeks ago, Carlos told the Post he was “confident” in his relationship with Pia. “We’ve been together for a long time. We have a strong foundation. If it’s meant to be, it’s meant to be,” said Carlos.
As for Pia, she had the following response on twitter to a fan who kept tweeting nasty comments to her about the NY Post story. “Please don’t post this garbage on my page.. And you my friend are the dumb one for believing it! Good day,” tweeted Pia.

TMZ adds that while nothing has been signed yet, both Tareq and Playgirl are very interested in making a deal. Tareq is however adamant about not going full-frontal.
Sources from both camps reveal it’s practically a done deal as Tareq has already sent in some test shots, two of which are below for those with very strong stomachs.
The plan is for a polo-themed picture shoot to feature Tareq riding into the sunset on a horse while completely naked. And months ago, Tareq’s wife Michaele Salahi was also reported to have been in talks with Playboy for a full-frontal nude shoot but thankfully that never came to light.
