VH1 has confirmed Kevin Federline –ex husband of Britney Spears — will reunite with his baby mama, Shar Jackson on Celebrity Fit Club 7. Celebrity Fit Club is a series which follows eight overweight “celebrities” as they try to lose weight.
Other cast members include the King of R&B Bobby Brown, former Baywatch babe Nicole Eggert, ex-Skid Rowfrontman Sebastian Bach, High School Musical’s Kaycee Stroh, Project Runway Season 1 winner Jay McCarroll and Bad Girls Club alum Tanisha Thomas.
Both Dr. Ian Smith and Harvey Walden will return to the panel with a new life coach: Rhonda Britten. The show will premier February 14, 2010, on VH1. Just in time to make you feel guilty for all the Valentine’s Day chocolates you just ate.
According to PEOPLE, the wedding ceremony is being thrown together so quickly that guests are being notified by phone that formal invitations will arrive this week.
The wedding will take place at the L.A.-area home of music manager Irving Azoff, multiple sources confirm to Us. Azoff, is described as being a family friend of the Kardashians.
Sources also say the couple went ring shopping over the weekend – and found a sparkler that Khloe liked. Khloe, 25, and Lamar, 29 met at a party in L.A. about a month ago.
Earlier this month, Lamar gushed to US that he was “very happy” with the star of Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami. “Khloe is smart and beautiful and that is very hard to find,” he added.
There are also rumors the couple will wed without a prenup, because Khloe allegedly refuses to sign one. Lamar recently signed a four-year, $33 million contract with the Los Angeles Lakers. Perhaps Khloe’s not so dumb after all.
Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak should have taken her own advice, as she is now being sued for being tardy on a payment by music producer, Don Vito.
“Tardy for the Party,” the first single from Kim’s upcoming album, has been removed from iTunes on Monday afternoon because she allegedly has yet to pay the song’s producer for the time she spent in the studio.
“The song was number three on iTunes’ dance chart for the last four days, but since Don Vito owns the copyright to the song and he hasn’t been paid, he requested that the song be taken down off iTunes,” a source told E! News.
Kim’s manager and publicist Jonathan Jaxsonhad no official comment while Don Vito had only nice things to say about the tardy for the payment singer.
“I think [Kim] is a good person and it was fun working in the studio with her,” he said. “We made a great record and I look forward to working with her on the album again.”
One can only wonder is this whole “lawsuit” is nothing other than a big publicity stunt to promote her single. Surely Big Poppa akaLee Najjarcould have foot the bill for this.
“I do hope it works out for them; the odds are against them,” she toldUsmagazine at the Madison & Mulholland charity suite in West Hollywood over the weekend.
“Supposedly Jillan and Ed are head over heels in love. I haven’t hung out with them, but we have mutual friends, and they say they are just crazy about each other,” she added. “It seems to be working so far.”
It was reported that Ed cheated on Jillian with 2 different women during the taping of The Bachelorette, and also just 8 days after proposing to her.
This news did not surprise DeAnna who says, “I wasn’t an Ed fan while [Jillian] was filming the show.”
“I think some people go on the shows with different intentions and maybe they are not open in the beginning what their intentions are,” she told US, without elaborating. “So in the end, you get duped.”
DeAnna is however a bit more optimistic about Bachelor couple, Jason Mesnick and Molly Malaney, who are still together despite the odds. “They are so happy, and I do think that they are going to get married,” said DeAnna. “They really just get each other, and it works for them.”
The 9th season of Dancing With The Stars premiers tonight on ABC and the stars may be feeling the pressure of a new scoring and elimination process. The premier week will feature three consecutive nights of dancing with the 16 couples performing two dance routines.
“We like to mix things up every now and again to keep the audience on their toes,” Dancing’s executive producer Conrad Greensays.
As usual, the judges will score each celebrity’s first dance of the night out of a possible 30 points. The second dance will be a relay in which each couple will dance for 30 seconds of a song. The couple with the lowest result will automatically go home, then the couple with the next two lowest results will dance off.
TMZ also reported some DWTS backstage gossip. Several sources have reported that Macy Gray is the most difficult star to work with on the show. As one source put it, “She doesn’t want to be there” and she has “regrets” she signed on. Another source says, she gets so frustrated and leaves rehearsal early. On another occasion, she refused to show up.
On the other hand, the worst dancer is said to be Ashley Hamilton, and is described as being very “painful to watch.”
According to TMZ, there are several contenders for best dancer. Donny Osmond, Aaron Carter, Chuck Liddell and Mya are all described as being very competitive and can bring it on the dance floor. And lastly, the most fun to watch is said to be the “Iron Chef” host Mark Dacascos by a mile. Not only is he entertaining to watch but he seems to be having a blast.
“I think it’s a genius decision,” says Kara, who joined AI last season, at the Entertainment Tonight/PEOPLE Emmy after-party. “I wish I had thought of it.”
Kara says she’s looking forward to the new dynamic on the show now that Ellen is replacing Paula Abdul as the show’s “nice” judge.
“I know a little bit about Ellen from watching her show and I would say she would probably be somebody who would be fair in her criticism and will try to be as supportive as she possibly could,” said Kara, 38. “I think it’s going to be a lot of fun.”
And does she think Ellen will get along well with the other judges? “[Ellen will get along with everyone] 100 percent,” she said. “I was on her show once and she’s lovely, generous, very kind. I think it’s going to be great.”
Not surprising to hear Kara speak so fondly of having a new judge. It has been reported in the past that she and Paula did not get along on the show.
