Friendships are falling apart left and right on Married to Medicine – first it was Quad Webb-Lunceford and Mariah Huq and now it is Toya Bush-Harris and Dr. Simone Whitmore. On the season premiere, we found out that Dr. Simone "freaked up on" Toya's husband Dr. Eugene Harris at a charity bowling event. IMO, Toya has handled the situation all wrong, and Dr. Simone has overreacted to every situation so far this season. #BrokeDoctorProblems
Like good little Bravolebrities, Toya and Dr. Simone took to their Bravo blogs to discuss their heated confrontation. Toya jumped right in: "Excuses, Excuses, Excuses… Dr. Simone, my dear friend, my under pressure, over worked friend, my very forgetful friend, and, most importantly, my friend who obviously loves to drink while bowling – please stop with the excuses and own that your behavior towards my husband and my marriage was wrong."
Also this season, Jessica and Mayte create a "single mothers" bond, Drea gets engaged, Mayte reconnects with an old flame, and Jessica gets jealous of Nicole and Shanna's new friendship. When Jessica and Shanna come to blows, Shanna shares something that devastates the group and leaves Nicole questioning her friendship with Jessica.

Season four of Shahs of Sunset is a go – but whether Lilly Ghalichi, last season's outcast, will return remains to be seen. Maybe she will score her own show to feature her bubbly personality and successful business, Have Faith Swimgerie. Or maybe Lilly and her fiance, Dhar Mann, will star in a show about medical marijuana. I'm not kidding.
Turns out Dhar, who recently proposed to Lilly with a 15-carat diamond after only two months of dating, wants to be a reality TV star. In 2011, he shared, "I personally have always wanted a reality show cause I just think that my life is somewhat appealing to watch." Dhar pitched Hempire, a reality show focused on his personal life and his marijuana business, weGrow.
Thanks to the Switch Up - NeNe Leakes wants to school pro Tony Dovolani on how Dancing with the Stars works. She insists it is all about her character. Tony says, "You have to understand that you're going from a dance that has no rules (jazz) to a dance that has a lot of rules (foxtrot)." NeNe responds, "Me becoming a character is a strong point of mine –Derek Hough had the ability to do that because of the dance." Tony adds, "Yeah, a dance with no rules."
NeNe obnoxiously carries on when Tony gives her direction. Tony jokes, "Such a good student – don't listen to anything I say." NeNe huffs, "Listen Tony, don't act like I'm not a good student. I'm <finger snap> an excellent student. Okay?!"
Tony encourages NeNe to try the move one more time, and she snaps, "I don't feel like it anymore. Goodbye. You're gonna have to come with a better attitude tomorrow. I am dead a$$ serious right now because you have a damn attitude today and that sh-t ain't gonna work. If you want to go back to Candace Bure, you should call production so you can go back to Candace so you can be happy. I've only give you the best that I got every day I've ever come here and danced with you. I don't deserve an attitude. Here's your mic, think about it."
I will admit that I voted forNeNe and Derekfor the switch up. I wanted to see a traditional "two-hand hold" ballroom dance between the two; alas, that is not what happened. The picture above – SMH – is what happened. NeNe took to her DWTS blog to tell us what she really thought about Derek, the dance, and her horrid costume.
First, NeNe gushed (and gushed some more) about Derek. "Oooh, hunni I had so much fun in last week's Switch Up! Derek is awesome, he's young, he's creative, he's an amazing choreographer. It was just fun to switch it up and see what another dancer could do and what their creativity was like."
