Lilly acknowledged the party was a bit excessive. "But so what? I didn't ask anyone to pay for it or throw it for me. I did it by myself, for myself." She added, instead of dwelling on the fact that she's 30 and single, "I decided to have an over-the-top, silly prom-themed celebration for the bright future to come."
Lilly said she had a great time – at least someone did! – despite all the drama caused by her Shahs of Sunset co-stars. Not by her mind you. Them. And maybe Bravo. But definitely not her. She's prom queen perfect.
In a recent interview, MJ shared her feelings about the events that led up to Lilly's birthday party, as well as the beyond ridiculous party itself.
MJ started by explaining how she came to accept Lilly's invitation (albeit late) in the first place. "After the reunion, I never wanted to talk to her again," she admitted. "It was one thing for Mike [Shouhed] and Reza [Farahan] to lash out at me, but to have Lilly, who doesn't even know me, bash me? She had no right. To me, she was just being opportunistic."
Million Dollar Listing L.A. star Josh Altman was involved in a chain reaction car accident yesterday that led to his Range Rover crashing into the House of Blues in West Hollywood. Neither Josh nor his ego were injured.
Several cars were involved in the car accident which was caused by a driver attempting to make a dangerous and illegal U-turn across Sunset Blvd. The turn caused the driver of a Honda to hit the brakes. When Josh swerved to avoid the Honda, his Range Rover clipped a taxi and the House of Blues.
Following her release, Shawn Portwood tweeted, "Amber is out and looking better than she ever has because she is clean of drugs and healthy. Time to start a new chapter. I love you, sis." Later that night, he added, "After spending the day with her, I know she will be OK."
Amber went from prison to a burger restaurant for lunch to her daughter Leah. Mom and daughter were reunited Monday night. Gary Shirley has full custody of Leah currently, but Amber hopes to obtain joint custody soon.
The focus of the premiere is Lilly's self-indulgent 30th birthday party. She's the party planner of course – nobody loves Lilly as much as Lilly loves Lilly – and she chooses to exclude MJ after she fails to RSVP on time. This decision does not sit well with the rest of the group. Reza's terribly heartbroken. Supposedly.
Speaking of Reza, he's me, me, me right out of the gate. Reza complains about his hair turning white and his waistline growing round. So what's a successful Persian realtor suffering a midlife crisis to do? Go Porsche shopping of course!
The reality TV viewer numbers for Sunday and Monday are in – and the Real Housewives of Atlanta are back with a bang! The season six premiere pulled in 3.108 million viewers. No doubt RHOA will remain Bravo's number one show.
Reza’s Obsession #1:RezaNeNe Leakes Wedding "What I'm obsessing over – did you notice the similarities to Kim Zolciak's wedding?" asked Reza. "I was giving NeNe the benefit of the doubt when she went blonde, but after she went to the same designer for her wedding dress? That's a little suspect."
Arabella's first birthday is just a few days away. Alex decides she'd rather Matt not come to the party – because he'll sulk when he has to share Arabella with others – but she welcomes him to one-on-one time with her on her actual birth day. Sadly, as of right now, Matt has not returned any of Alex's calls. His loss! Alex puts her baby daddy drama on the back burner to deal with her own daddy. She invites him to Arabella's party despite tension since she became a teen mom. He says yes.
Katie obsesses over Joey Maes. She complains non-stop to poor Molli and whomever else is willing to listen. Also? Katie fails to see that she's equally responsible for their breakup. Perpetual victim, this one. Everything is Joey's fault. She'll never be able to forgive him. Blah. Blah. Unless he wants her back, then maybe… probably… definitely. This girl needs a serious reality check and an ounce of self esteem. STAT.
