This week's reality TV viewer numbers are in – and an impressive 2.206 million watched the Basketball Wives L.A. reunion, bringing its season average to 2.055 million. Sadly, only 861,000 fans bothered with the Southern Charmreunion, but we hope the season finale's 1.21 million and the season average of 943,000 is enough to get it renewed.
Confession time. Despite my line of work, I avoid everything Kim Kardashian and Kanye West as much as humanly possible. But – every once in a while – something Kardashian/West comes across my computer screen that catches my attention and sends me into a raging fit of laughter.
According to Contact Music, Kanye plans to bless us with three hours worth of his rants on the environment, tales of his life with Kim and North, and more. Oh my. I would not wish this on my worst enemy. I can't think of anything worse to listen to for three hours. Err, well, except maybe Taylor Swift singing live.
But, we still got to see NeNe and Tony's Argentine Tango, as well as their team dance. Team Vida consisted of Charlie & Sharna, James & Peta, and NeNe & Tony. Tony asked NeNe how she felt about making it to week seven, and she said, "I feel like everybody left is Olympians and people with dance experience, and we're just like the little odd balls." We?!? NeNe is odd. The only "odd" thing about Tony is that he likes NeNe.
NeNe's Argentine Tango was horrible. Her costume was worse. It looked like she wore a plastic brown trash bag – and it made her hips and butt look huge. Team Vida hid NeNe in the audience during the group dance. Enough said.
