It's not secret that Flipping Out (and Interior Therapy) is one of my favorite Bravo shows. I was super thrilled when Jenni announced she was pregnant with her first child. Jenni and her husband Jonathan Nassoswelcomed daughter Alianna into the world on June 28th. And Jenni is already looking fabulous!
In the new issue of Us Weekly, Jenni introduces her daughter who popped out at a whopping 8lbs 10oz! Alianna "is a fireball," just like her Uncle Jeff. Jenni shares that the couple didn't find out the sex until their daughter popped out. "Not knowing the gender was a highlight," she says of her child birth experience.
That's right, it's a Zoila for Jenni and husband Jonathan Nassos! The two welcomed a daughter over the weekend and shared her name over Twitter. Unfortunately, Zoila Chavezhoped the moniker would have been a bit different.

YAY! Some amazing and exciting reality TV news to share. Everyone's favorite rapper/assistant/turned Jeff Lewis wranglerJenni Pulosis pregnant!
TheFlipping Out star announced that she is expecting in Us Weekly. Jenni married Jonathan Nassos in March and reveals that she suffered a miscarriage two months after they tied the knot. Jenni was afraid she'd have trouble conceiving, but in October discovered she was pregnant!
If you recall Jenni has a book in the works that discusses dealing with difficult bosses and workplace dramas, among other things. Jeff requested a copy of the manuscript from Jenni's publishing house and was denied. He since filed a suit to stop the publication.
As always Jeff was completely blunt. He said his attorney didn't want him discussing the matter, but oh well! "I'm still in a state of disbelief over this whole thing," Jeff said. "It was a last resort. I tried to work out every possible reconciliation."
He believes he was forced to file the suit after trying repeatedly to negotiate with Jenni over the content. "A book was written without my knowledge," Jeff said. He maintains that he encourages Jenni to pursue opportunities outside of the show but he needs to protect the confidentiality of his clients and his business.
It's the season finale of Flipping Out, y'all, and the drama from last night's show is palpitating. Poor Monkey the cat is sick, and Jeff Lewis thinks that maybe he should take his pet to Dr. Donna so they can work out their issues. I mean, I think the cat is the last living thing at JLD (save for Vanina who never talks) who has yet to meet the therapist. Gage Edward and Zoila Chavez are surprised to learn that Jenni Pulos hasn't given Jeff the apology he so desperately needs for Cabo-gate. Sure, she's said she's sorry for hurting his feelings or sorry for not telling him…but she still isn't sorry she used the house.
For once, Gage encourages Jeff to try to work things out with Jenni, and Zoila is worried that Jenni is going to get fired. Jeff takes Andrew and Vanina to Gramercy while chatting with his realtor on the phone. He thinks Gramercy isn't selling because it's not furnished. His plan is now to sell Spring Oak, move to Gramercy, and then try to sell it again once he's furnished it. Gage is beside himself, and he is hopeful that once they move in, Jeff will change his mind about keeping Gramercy on the market. If they stay in Gramercy, Gage is convinced that they will be able to finally start a family.
Meanwhile, Monkey's vet makes a house call. Jeff tells him of the emergency surgery that yielded nothing in his stomach but gas bubbles. The poor cat is then diagnosed with herpes of the eye. What? How does that even happen to a cat?
Last night's Flipping Out continued the insanity with Jeff Lewis, Jenni Pulos, Gage Edward, Zoila Chavez, and crazy Andrew. Actually though, the episode was really sad. It seems to be the downfall of Jenni and Jeff's friendship, which of course would mean the demise of their long-time working relationship. There is jealousy and deception from both sides, and if it continues, it's easy to see why it was so easy for Jeff to slap Jenni with that lawsuit. It was actually kind of heartbreaking to watch.
Right off the bat, Zoila announces her fake pregnancy while Jenni's alter ego Deb calls Eddie the carpenter. She's hilarious. Just start with the craziness…do not pass go, do not collect two hundred dollars. Poor Eddie is stuck coaching t-ball while getting hazed by Deb. Jeff loves that Jenni doesn't care at all about what people think of her. Jenni and Jeff head out to their project. Jeff is surprised to learn that Jenni wants to start trying to get pregnant immediately. She gives us a quick lesson on how to make a baby. Jeff isn't ready for a Jenni pregnancy. He still hasn't recovered from Jenni's wedding. They arrive at Jeanne's house, and poor Jenni plays a prank on her husband Tommy Shaw, front man of Styx. Jeff feels like he's doing a lot of free consultations for Jeanne to repay Tommy for singing for free at Jenni's wedding. Jeanne hasn't asked for the extra perks, but Jeff feels guilty that Jenni took advantage of their clients. Jeff tries his hardest to convince Jeanne that she needs to do further renovations to increase their property value.
Jenni, Jeff, and Vanina are discussing Jeff's new paint line. He and Gage are partnering with paint company Dunn-Edwards. Jenni hopes he'll name a color after her and call it Cougar. The rest of the names they come up with I would blush if I had to type here. DTF is the tamest of them all. At Spring Oak, Gage and Jeff are awaiting a representative from Dunn-Edwards to come meet with them about the line. Gage is hoping that the paint will be a new form of revenue that will free up Jeff to start thinking about starting a family. Jenni is all dolled up for the meeting, and both she and Gage are hoping Jeff won't make things uncomfortable for the rep with his inappropriate humor. The group toasts the deal, and Jeff starts in on paint names. Gage is freaking out about the names, as he should be.
You know that old saying never mix business with pleasure? Well, here's another case of it being totally true!
Jeff Lewis and his production company are suing his longtime assistant and close friend Jenni Pulos! Jeff is alleging that Jenni is in breech of confidentiality over a book the reality star is writing about her experiences working for a tough boss.
Jenni, one of a colorful and fantastic casts of characters that makes Flipping Outone of Bravo's best shows, apparently signed a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement in 2008 and in 2010 while working for Jeff and appearing on the show. According to a suit Jeff (who is also one of the producers of FO) learned that Jenni was writing a book about her experiences working for him titled, Hang In There, Baby: What One Of The World’s Most Difficult Bosses Taught Me About life, Work And Love.
Jeff says he discovered what the book was about while searching for it on the internet.
