Real Housewives of New Jersey

Melissa-Gorga-Envy

For the most part, Melissa Gorga’s main story line last season on Real Housewives of New Jersey was opening up her clothing store Envy which was basically just a multi-episode push for publicity, but I would do the same thing if I were her. Recently Envy made headlines Melissa’s former business partner Jackie Beard Robinson liquidated inventory and had a big sale at rival Kim DePaola’s store Posche. Well, Melissa got it together way sooner than any of us expected and Envy is set to reopen pretty soon.

We all know how thirsty Kim D is for attention and that she would do anything to screw with Melissa, so it is not at all shocking that she managed to involve herself in this mess. At this point, Melissa is winning this feud, but I feel like Kim D always manages to slither her way to some form of revenge.

Jacqueline & Chris Laurita - The Little Kernel

A Chris and Jacqueline Laurita bankruptcy update is finally here! The couple has been battling a legal case related to their former company Signature Apparel. The latest in the very long and convoluted legal situation is that the Real Housewives Of New Jersey stars are accused of owing their attorneys $290,000!

As a brief recap, in 2009 Signature Apparel filed for a corporate bankruptcy. The trustee, Anthony Labrosciano, contested it claiming they bled a profitable company’s accounts dry to live a lavish lifestyle, then filed for bankruptcy. Mr. Labrosciano filed a suit on behalf of the courts against Chris, Jacqueline, two of Chris’s brothers Anthony and Joseph Laurita, plus Joseph’s wife Adeline.

Just because the clothes are gone and some of the fixtures yanked out at her envy boutique, that doesn’t mean Melissa Gorga is packing up and going home. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star vows to reopen and soldier on with her clothing store. Her costar Dolores Catania also weighs in her two cents on the situation between Melissa and Jackie Beard Robinson.

Melissa took to Instagram to let her fans and customers know that the show will go on. She shared, “Awesome couple of days buying at #intermezzo #jacobjavits for your spring/summer 2017 styles! All for @envybymg.” She added, “Can’t wait for you to see!! Coming back stronger than ever & doing it on my own. #bosslady.”

Gia Giudice Celebrates Sweet 16

It’s hard to believe that Gia Giudice just turned 16. We watched Teresa Giudice‘s oldest daughter grow up on TV and now she’s the most mature and sane person on Real Housewives Of New Jersey.

This weekend, with her father Joe Giudice in prison, Gia celebrated her Sweet 16 with a lavish party thrown by Teresa. Gia looked gorgeous and it seemed like a lovely party fully sponsored by a zillion different businesses and probably Bravo too. At least this party had far less drama than the time she turned 13

You can check out photos of Gia’s Sweet 16 below!

In just under a year, Melissa Gorga‘s business arrangement with Jackie Beard Robinson and envy boutique fell apart. Jackie wants to share her side of what happened and also wishes the Real Housewives of New Jersey star the best on reopening the store in time for the Spring season.

Jackie shared, “Just to clarify a couple things, Melissa and I were partners. I decided that I wanted out. In the termination agreement we’ve been working on for months, we decided that I would take all of the inventory and I was going to liquidate the store… because I basically own everything.”

Plenty of people were skeptical over Melissa Gorga‘s latest business venture last season on The Real Housewives of New Jersey.  When the reality star opened up a clothing boutique with a partner, many stories circulated that Melissa was just the “face” of the store and not the actual owner. Turns out that might be somewhat true, at least according to Kim D.  Melissa’s business partner packed up the store and is now selling off the inventory at Posche Thursday night!

Our source shared, “Melissa’s store, which was really never her store, is closed down!! All of the merchandise is out. Nothing is left but the fixtures! The real owner, Jackie Robinson, took everything.”   Our source adds, “The store was always just a storyline for Melissa. She wasn’t the real owner. It was never about her having a career. It was just for the show! Melissa would have had zero storyline with the store. Same like the singing, the book, and the jewelry line….”

Reality Tea is ranking ALL the Housewives from every season and every city! Our list is broken down into three parts with Housewives ranked from worst to ‘best’ (or best of the worst, if you will). Below is Part 1.

What makes a superior species of Housewives? Is it class? Money? Fabulous plastic surgery and good shoes? Beautiful home? A revolving door of crazy that keeps us on our cheaply-clad toes? Is it a supportive husband? An in-home zoo of fabulous miniature fluff balls clad in their own designer wardrobe? Is it a witty zinger or indispensable advice? Is it their ability to rewrite history without irony? To crack open the egg of their emotional travails in front of cameras? Or is it their ability to deftly control the scenery while cracking a Chanel whip?

rhonj-recap-teresa-joe-christmas

There have been some infamous Christmas moments on Real Housewives of New Jersey over the years. From Teresa Giudice throwing Melissa Gorga’s sprinkle cookies in the garbage, to the the two sisters-in-law ending their feud, this holiday has always been a big deal to Teresa. The viewers know how much the queen of RHONJ lives for Christmas and I’m sure that a lot of them are curious about how she is going to celebrate the holiday while her husband Joe Giudice is in jail.

I will never forget Teresa’s emotional homecoming perfectly timed with Christmas celebrations last year, but I have to assume that this year is going to be a way less happy occasion.
