Married To Medicine

Married to Medicine Dr. Heavenly

This week's reality TV viewer numbers report is nothing but bad news. As I predicted, Married to Medicine lost a ton of viewers without Real Housewives of Atlanta's lead-in. Only 921,000 watched Dr. Heavenly's shady dinner party this week. That's down 642,000 since last week and almost 1.5 million since the season two premiere.

On Monday, 16 & Pregnant continued its downward spiral, with only 795,000 watching Aleah and Peyton's story. Also, showdown at the hoedown on Real Housewives of Orange County attracted 1.638 million viewers, and just over three million tuned in for Scrappy's 30th birthday on Love & Hip Hop Atlanta

On Tuesday, a memorial for Sonja's dog on Real Housewives of New York garnered 1.167 million viewers. Ouch. In all fairness I'm sure the Memorial Day holiday played a part in this week's abysmal report. What remains to be seen is which of these shows bounce back despite warmer weather, fresh new summer shows, and so on.

Married to Medicine Quad

Season one of Married to Medicine focused on drama Mariah Huq started with Toya-Bush Harris over alleged gossip. So far, season two of Married to Medicine has revolved around drama Mariah started with former best friend Quad-Webb Lunceford based on yet another she said/she said situation.

All these wrongs against Mariah, never a camera in sight, begs the question… If an insult falls out of someone's mouth and Bravo's cameras are not there to catch it, did it ever really happen? Probably not if Mariah's telling the story.

Quad took to her Bravo blog to address Mariah's latest antics.   "If you pay close attention you can see that it’s always the same story, different characters – 'I made him/her relevant' is the mantra. First it was Toya, then Brian Lamar, Reco Chapple, and now me. Mariah called herself a star maker – too bad she couldn’t use those powers to help herself."

Love & Hip Hop Atlanta

With the exception of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, this week's reality TV viewer numbers are underwhelming. An impressive 3.417 million tuned in to see Kirk's side piece nanny search on Love & Hip Hop Atlanta.

Last week, we saw Married to Medicine tank without Real Housewives of Atlanta's strong lead-in. This week, the RHOA husbands revealed special garnered 2.128 million viewers, which is 337,000 more than last week's secrets revealed special. Believe it or not, Married to Medicine saw the exact same increase – 337,000 – in viewers, with 1.563 million tuning in this week. Mariah Huq better hope Kandi's Wedding draws a big crowd!

It's bad news for 16 and Pregnant and RHONY 16 and Pregnant fell below one million viewers, with 958,000 watching Karley's story, and only 1.204 million tuned in to see the Real Housewives of New York confront Ramona.

Shannon and Heather feud over chair

This week's reality TV viewer numbers are in – Real Housewives of Orange County dropped down to 1.435 million viewers last week, but it bounced back. 1.746 million watched Heather and Shannon fight over a chair this week. Ramona's crazy antics in the Berkshires brought 1.427 million viewers back to Real Housewives of New York this week.

Last week, Love & Hip Hop Atlanta returned with an impressive 3.761 million viewers. For reasons unknown, VH1 aired a second episode last week, which garnered only 2.642 million. This week's regularly scheduled episode attracted 3.216 million viewers.

Only 1.791 million bothered to watch the Real Housewives of Atlanta secrets revealed special – and without RHOA's lead-in, Married to Medicine lost over a million viewers. 1.226 million tuned in to see more Mariah vs. Quad drama at the WEN conference. 16 and Pregnant lost viewers too. 1.069 million watched Summer's story this week.

Married to Medicine WEN Conference Quad

After being reduced to filming with her gardener because no one can stand her, Mariah Huq was allowed to mingle with the Married to Medicine cast this week. Big mistake. Big. Huge. Mariah and her former bestie, Quad Webb-Lunceford, screamed at each other at Lisa Nicole Cloud's WEN conference. Way to keep it classy and represent being married to medicine, ladies.

Quad took to her blog to throw some serious shade at Mariah

"I never knew how Mariah really felt about me until the night at STK," began Quad. "I was always a loyal friend, and now it's apparent to me that she was never the friend to me that I was to her. In fact, Mariah wanted a follower/minion. She and her sister even joked about it in the first episode – calling me a puppet. I guess they got loyalty confused with being a follower."

Love and Hip Hop Atlanta

This week's reality TV viewer numbers are in – and Love & Hip Hop Atlanta came back with a bang (no puns intended) and every show but one, Real Housewives of Orange County, logged an increase in viewership this week.

On Sunday, part three of the Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion garnered 4.289 million viewers, and 2.311 million saw the cast of Married to Medicine embarrass themselves at the WEN conference

On Monday, a whopping 3.761 million viewers watched the season 3 premiere of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta. Also, 1.386 million sat through Arianna's nagging on 16 and Pregnant, and RHOC took a turn for the worse with only 1.435 million tuning in to meet Lizzie. Southern Charm ended its first season with a 952,600 average after 1.038 million watched the secrets revealed special.

On Tuesday, Real Housewives of New York beat out RHOC for the first time this season, with 1.479 million watching Ramona act crazy in the Berkshires

Lisa Nicole Cloud WEN Conference

On last night's episode of Married To Medicine the WEN Conference was a disaster thanks to the antics of Quad Lunceford-Webb and Mariah Huq

Despite her cancer scare Lisa Nicole Cloud is going through with the WEN (Women's Empowerment Network) conference because she needs a distraction. Of course her first mistake was including her co-workers in the guest list. She describes the conference as a "who's-who" event, so naturally she left Mariah off the guest list. Lisa Nicole shares that the event raises 5-figures annually for charities benefiting women and children. And after this year all of those good deeds will be eclipsed by ill-behaving Bravo famewhores! Reality TV – gotta love it!

Toya Bush-Harris and Eugene put a deposit down on a house. Ever the planner, Toya is already decorating the house they do not own yet! Toya says her new high is shopping for furniture. Let's be real – Toya's high has always been spending Eugene's money!

Southern Charm reunion

This week's reality TV viewer numbers are in – and an impressive 2.206 million watched the Basketball Wives L.A. reunion, bringing its season average to 2.055 million. Sadly, only 861,000 fans bothered with the Southern Charm reunion, but we hope the season finale's 1.21 million and the season average of 943,000 is enough to get it renewed.

Part two of the controversial Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion attracted 4.148 million viewers – that's a tiny bump up from part one. Roughly half of RHOA's audience stuck around to watch Cecil and Dr. Simone's marital woes on Married to Medicine.

The Ramona and Sonja drama on Real Housewives of New York interested 1.464 million viewers, which is a new season six high. Meanwhile, 1.711 million suffered through "fakes giving" on Real Housewives of Orange County, and 1.136 million watched Millina's struggle on 16 and Pregnant.
