On the season premiere, Simone and Toya picked up right where they left off (see the clip below), screaming and threatening.
Simone admitted in her blog that she’s still not over the reunion confrontation with Toya, adding, “I love a good debate and talking trash, but I don’t believe in physical violence against anyone. And when you top it off by lying about your intent to do bodily harm, I get even more angry and resentful. Forgiveness has never been my strong suit. I am truly sorry you have to see me snapping off on Toya. Unfortunately she has what it takes to push my wrong buttons! Sometimes, I imagine myself as Cookie, but then I quickly realize that I am not.”
Never (ever) one to keep her opinions to herself, Dr. Heavenly Kimes took to her blog to size up her co-stars and their drama. “It is always exciting to spend time with the ladies of the medical community – both the doctors and the wives. This year there is even more drama brewing, as always,” she teased. “We are all very different and all have very strong opinions.”
“The dynamics did change,” shared Quad, “and it’s really unfortunate. We see that happen when two people come into a situation of this magnitude. They’re strong, they’re solid, and then somewhere down the line it gets very muddy. For me, I was always trying to keep it straight up and stay loyal and true to our relationship, but you could go back to season one and she was taking shots at me. What you’re doing and what you’re saying we are… they’re not adding up.”
The season three cast will include Lisa Nicole Cloud, Dr. Simone Whitmore, Quad Webb-Lunceford, Dr. Jackie Walters, Dr. Heavenly Kimes, and Toya Bush-Harris. “Jackie’s passion for health leads her to start a fitness program but heartbreak hits home when she must deal with a family member’s illness,” shares Bravo. “Simone’s practice is booming, but her personal life is about to implode when she dives into her past and figures out the root of her anger issues. Heavenly may bite off more than she can chew as an entrepreneur, relationship expert, dentist, and mother, but faces a daunting dilemma when her husband pressures her to spend more time at home. Toya is on a mission to prove that she is not just a doctor’s wife and helps Eugene take his medical concierge business to the next level. When Quad and Lisa run background checks on each other, the results reveal shocking transgressions that leave the two at odds.”

The reality TV viewer numbers are in – and Real Housewives of New Jersey failed to draw a big crowd. The season 6 premiere attracted 2.14 million viewers overall. However, in the key demo, it was the lowest rated premiere episode in the history of the show. For comparison’s sake, season 5 premiered to 2.842 million and the season 5 average was 2.29 million.
